Trying to [bulk] pretty fast for a wedding in 17 weeks

Trying to bolt pretty fast but also want to stay away from 19-Nor products this is my fifth cycle
I weigh 185 lb (want to be 230lb) 6'2 and 42 years old I've done test, tren,deca,EQ. Any advice would be appreciated I know there's a few guys on here that could really help me out on my cycle

I seen this and just had to log on and give my little bit of nonsense but it's probably just repetitive at this point. What's your exact diet and training. Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE. What's your macro intake. I seem below about multiple shakes and ice cream and McDonald's. A dirty bulk won't give you much in terms of clean muscle and bulking in general your going to look a little soft either way unless your using masteron and maybey eq(never used eq so I can't really say what the results are) but even then you can look harder on like npp as long as your diet is clean. It all comes down to having exact goal. A strict diet plan, some math, and volume training with some heavy iron. I'm cutting weight right now and it's the first time I've actually calculated and used my bmr and tdee to find my deficit. 2250cal a day, 230g of protein 210g of carbs( half fast absorbing carbs like white rice and sweet potato and half fibrous carbs like asparagus,broccoli and Brussel sprouts) and 65g of fat. Already down 6 pounds since Monday I think. Get your diet under control with some calculations bud. There's my rant for a bit.

Ok I'm grabbing mk-677 for my appetite cuz when I go over 5,000 calories I get real sick and feel like I'm going to puke all day and I work out in the sun all day long so I can't feel that way so yes I keep my intake around 3,000 to 5,000 calories and hell my math might be wrong is there a app that I can put in what I eat to tell me exact

If you have troubles pounding enough solid food add 1-2 shakes with whey isolate, almond milk and honey. If macros allows it, even some coconut oil in the shake.

There’s an app I use that I like a lot it’s called “macros” and the icon for it is a red square with a white apple in the middle. It’ll ask a few questions and will estimate what you need daily for your goals and then each day you enter all the foods you eat and it’ll say “your x% of the way to your daily goal” and you can scan barcodes of foods you eat and it’ll upload all the macros automatically so you don’t have to type them all in. It’s pretty good for a free one

I log everything into a notebook. Just fond any calorie counter app or use a notebook and log everything. Find the equations online for BMR and TDEE it's super easy to do, Recalculate your bmr and tdee every 2 weeks to make sure your were you need to be to constantly gain or cut depending on goals. And look into a digestive aid or pineapple when eating heavy and lots of protein, if all the nutrients don't absorb then your loosing the battle. As rich piana said" if you eat 6 or 7 times a day and your not growing "FUCKING EAT MORE" LOL also the guys here are trying to help you, there's alot of knowledge here so do t take things personal.

Oh I'm not leaving just wont be on much till after my cut then after the bulk. Plus there's a promo coming up from one of my favorite sources and I want in. Gonna grab some npp and prop for the bulk. Changing things up gunna go prop,npp,provi and I'll still be on the hgh but gunna use the igf when I start cycle, dropped the Sdrol, but that's in 6 or 8 weeks.

Nice improvement to your stack. You use IGF-1 with the hopes of inducing hyperplasia. Once that occurs, you grow the cells through hypertrophy, and that as we all know takes time. So using it at the begging of your cycle, will leave you all the time afterwards, in a state of high anabolism, to do just that.

I've seen where these guys give good advice instead of trying to just bash someone and call them liars and tell them they don't weigh what they do I'm 6'2 -195lb in the morning

Idk why I didn’t think of this. And this is real advice. Try mk-677 for appetite. I couldn’t even take it because it was too strong and I turned into a food- crack head, I was scrounging for food and shoveling it into my face. That’ll help you eat
