I see so many young people and some older people alike asking the same question "what should I run for my first cycle?". I'm not going to go super in depth on training and diet and everything, this is more for the people(young bucks that watch tiktok and Instagram influencers)I see showing up and thinking there first cycle is going going to be Test,tren,hgh,superdrol, supermans cum etc etc.....you are not going to hop on a first cycle with all these compounds and get away with no side effects which you wont know what compound is causing it, and very limited gym training and look like sam sulek or any of those guys, they at least have a good training history. If you have been training natty less than 5 years, wait a few more, you want the most gains you can get and if your waisting gear earning what you could natty what's the point. Next age and current bf. Under 25 don't think about it yet, 25-35 are you maxed out natty. Body fat, the lower the better preferably under 15%, the higher you are in bodyfat the more estrogen raletd sides you will get and less gains ergo waist of money on good gear. Last but not least a easy standard cycle that I would recommend.

12-14 weeks of either test e or test c 4-500mg a week( example-200mg Monday 200mg friday)
Aromasin 12.5mg eod or 6.25mg Ed depending on bloodwork(blood work at week 6 to check levels and adjust a.i. dose) you will need an a.i. on hand to block receptors from receiving more estrogen, as your test rises so will estrogen to balance, you don't want gyno so make sure you have it on hand, get bloods done so you know your dosing and don't crash your estrogen.
2-3 weeks(depending on ester chosen but 2 weeks for this example) after your last injection you will start post cycle therapy.
First two weeks clomid 100mg a day and Nolvadex 40mg a day.
Last 2 weeks clomid 50mg a day and Nolvadex 20mg a day.
I hope this helps anyone confused or looking for the advice they need. First cycle test is best always. Get blood work done pre, 6weeks, once more to dial in the ai dose around week 8 and a week after ending pct. Happy lifting!!!

Im not arguing your point or saying do what i did. But i went straight for it first cycle was 750 sust 500 deca 600 eq 50 tbol. Didnt get acne, gyno, etc. went up about 120lbs my first 2 or so years. Not advised but i can be done. Just olaying devils advocate. No disrespect

Nobody wants to put in the graft these days. I get the desire for faster results, but what happened to just loving the iron and the lifestyle. Maybe I’m getting too old and set in my ways, but this want to look like a pro in five minutes gets challenging at times.

That’s the upcoming generation for sure. Coddled from birth and want the easy way for everything. Plus this false narrative that steroids give you everything. You see the comments all the time under videos of incredible feats: “steroids” or just the needle emoji. Essentially saying “yea I could do that too if I took steroids”

They couldn’t even get through a single real training session with 5 grams of gear in their bloodstream. Posers.

That and all the influencers on social media, I mean they at least have mostly been training or athletic for a while but these kids see them and think one cycle will be good, they just became popular so it shouldn't take long right

True mate. One of my neighbours asked me to help him with his training a couple of months back. Did one session with me in which he asked if we were done less than half way through and if training was always this hard. He packed it in shortly afterwards…..

The thing is, that’s the bit I love and always have. The blood, sweat and tears that have gone into it over the last 30+ years.

That’s why leg day is my zen day. Good ol pain.

I shit you not when my daughter was born we were stuck in the hospital for ~3 days because it was a rough 36 hour birth. My wife is well aware of who she married, and I left that hospital each day for ~2 hours to go lift and come back. No sleep except for maybe 1 hour at a time on the shitty wood bench they had for me. But I don’t miss days for anything and she knows it. I’ll move the timing of a lift to accommodate family things, but will never skip it. Sometimes that means I’m lifting at 4am or 11pm, but still never skipped.
