+ 7 AAS and mental health
Alright guys this is one I want to cover as it's been the reason I've been absent lately. Recently I was diagnosed fully with rapid cycling bipolar 1. This hasn't been a big problem in the past but it seems my past heart condition was supressing about 75% of it. I have stopped taking everything to get used to the medication and am now getting back to it. Reason for this post is to talk about what you should do if you feel you are struggling with mental health while taking aas. These compounds we use can amplify, trigger and worsen some of these conditions BUT there is a way to handle it and still continue down this path. Take your mental health serious guys because where your mind goes your body will follow. One reason I will never take tren is because of the instability of mood even with medication. If you have a mental health problem I highly reccomend researching the side effects ts of all compounds, even test can affect you negatively depending on your issue. If you feel you need someone to talk to or your struggling then message me, this community is for each other and this is a topic that doesn't get touched often. Bulking next week with prop adrol and npp. If things get wacky in the head it will be my last cycle but I'll always remain here to share the knowledge,
With love ~V

My mental health gets bad when I don't take my testosterone. I get depressed and my anxiety go through the roof.
It's coming off that fucks me up. Even tren I generally feel pretty good on mentally.
What do you mean by the heart condition suppressed it? Like your heart would be racing and you’d blame the condition and not the mental health maybe?
I was too tired and depressive for the hypermania to exist, it wasn't a p4oblem till the massive boost of energy from having a healthy heart unleashed it lol
Trenbolone gets a bad rep. Ok it is bad for the body but I can't be the only one that feels fucking fantastic on tren ace? If I could run tren acetate for the rest of my life and my labs came even like "ehhh" I would. Everyone here acting like trenbolone will have you kicking the dog, slapping the kids and throwing the wife out. I don't understand it.
Tren E fucks with you definitely. Maybe I’ll have a different experience with Ace over the enth. Nothing is like Tren. I have to tolerate a lot with young children where I’m constantly having to discipline my young son who acts up. That’s why I have to lay off of it. But maybe Tren A is more tolerable.
Agreed. Acetate is much better
You're not alone bro a lot of us go through it. Anyways, every mistake is a lesson learned. Keeping the cycle very simple, such as test E or C at a midline dose will bring slow but steady gains for a long time. Making sure to keep the schedule of doses on point and also keeping the e2 in range are huge factors. I wish you the best of luck on your next cycle and I would probably drop the drol tbh.
@ForeverFitBod1 Yea I have been cruising and that's it, about to blast but going to be very carefully. 300mg a week of test p and npp, 50mg a day adrol on 2 week pulses and 25mg provi a day to start. Simple. You seen what @Smitty512 has been telling me lol
I haven't seen what he has been telling you just yet. I'm sure you have been feeling much better just cruising. Being able to stash the gear and not use it as one way to tame the ego.
You're on the right path by choosing short esters for a blast, nowadays at my age I don't go past 8 weeks for a cycle. Check out some daily theanine if you get the chance. Your mental health and quality of Life come first. Honestly, I have flushed plenty of gear for the sake of those.
Oh definitely and ya I also chose the short esters so that if it does negatively affect me then it will be easier to stop than with the long esters. He's being a hypocrite assuming things and just general baby lol kinda funny
Wish it goes well for you , just be sensible with dosages and avoid compounds which can play a role on ur mental health or aggression which u plan on using like Adorl and npp , you can also supplement with things like ashwagandha , NAC , l theanine and lithium orotate. Mental health always comes over your body health, if you lose your mind your body follows.
Thanks for reaching out and lending a hand if someone needs it. That's says a lot about you and it a big thing. Glad you said something about this because I believe this one hundred percent. If you're mind isn't right everything around you will eventually feel like it's crumbling around you. I've been dealing with mental health issues for years and was always like I don't need medicine, I don't need help, I don't need to talk to anyone. Up until recent is when I started taking it serious because the longer I was letting it go the worst my mind was getting. I literally felt like there was nothing and I was either sad, angry, irritable or just nothing some day. Turns out all those things I was to big of a man to admit and try years ago is what I really needed. I started doing all them things and as time goes on it is getting easier. I know there's still a lot I have to work on. For anyone that is in a really bad spot in your head mentally woman and men (especially us men) let go of all the ego and pride like I had in the past (still do a bit don't get me wrong) and get it checked out and talk to someone. Maybe it's nothing, maybe it is but it's worth getting checked out. Especially if taking gear. Like V0411 mentioned any AAS can turn something that doesn't seem big at the time into something that is really big.
Ya I had a big manic episode while on high dose test and deca and crunched my right up from punching a steal beam a few weeks ago so I stopped and got help for it
Been there, done that bro. smh (The Ex). Have the Boxer's fracture scar to the right. Little lightning bolt scar, had pins, cast and all..
Definitely one to regret eh. Last time I did something stupid and detrimental only to myself was when I was sat in my car arguing, in a fit of rage I punched into the rear view mirror and my hand went through the mirrored glass and the pressure smashed all the front windscreen Lol Had to spend £300 having a new heated front windscreen put in the next day as well as spending all night in A&E having my knuckles stitched back up and then bandaged up. By Far the Worst part though - I couldn't bench for 6 weeks as I couldn't wrap my hand round the bar properly, destroyed me mentally Lol
Jesus that's definitely had to be one of those instant regret moments lol. Real though It's crazy to lose control even for a moment and it could be a disaster.
Not one of my best moments, but in my defense, I was trying to "walk away" from a horrible fight and went out to garage/outside to cool off. I knew I was waaaay past my limit with her shit. But she literally followed me out and kept on.......I turned fast with a swing and took it straight to one of truck windshields parked in garage. Instant fracture, took myself to the ER. Worst part was put me to light duty at time, for months. Had to rehab hand, job was pissed.
Long time ago. Divorced, and happy now.
You see what I got now............
Jesus mate I bet they got no problem getting a catheter in your hand LMAO They always go into my left hand, main vein by the little finger - you know the one!!
I was gonna say mate, mine was exact same thing with a woman winding me up and I had been on the Jack and Lemonade for 2 hours before. Countless arguments with GF's on those 2 things together, over the most pointless of things. So glad that life and them are in the past now.
The rest of me looks the same

Mast E baby
Oh that part of my life is way over.
Mens mental health is a topic that is definitely ignored and not talked about enough, it's sad because it seems like society thinks men having any kind of emotion or admitting they need help means they are weak or inferior.
I was diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar 2 disorder, my manic episodes are hypomanic meaning they aren't disruptive and only people that are close to me can tell I'm in a manic phase because it's not a typical mania where one would engage in thrill seeking or dangerous activity. I tend to impulsively overspend and buy things I don't need just because I want it and I have the money to buy it and this leads to regret because I start thinking I should have spent that money on my kids or wife or put it in savings and this triggers the episode of depression and self loathing. For me being put on TRT has been a life changer I have gone off my meds and have not had any major depressed episodes or been manic to the point I overspend like I typically would. I still have manic and depressed episodes but now they are manageable without meds. I know this won't be the case for everyone but for me having mild depression and almost unnoticeable mania has been a breath of fresh air because for years while I was on meds I felt nothing, yeah I wasn't depressed but I also never got exited about anything ever I just existed. I have done a lot of reasurch and considered tren very briefly but I'm too inexperienced to think about tren, then I thought maybe deca for the joint relief but I think it's best for me to stay away from 19nors all together because of the mental sides. I will probably just stick to test and occasionally throw in some anavar at the end of a cut cycle, test is best so I guess that's all I really need I'm not trying to be a competitive body builder I just want to have an athletic build and be able to keep up with my son when he's a teen.
Yea I get hypermanic and it's definitely not fun
Thanks for sharing!!!! men don’t talk about this stuff enough. Bro if Adrol is anadrol then my experience is that the one time I took it (actually coming off) was the worse depression I ever experienced. My pct was probably lacking (dose/timing). Back in day (I’m old) I know guys who would do an anadrol cycle cuz they had job interviews and would exude confidence and seemingly everyone wants to be ur friend. But for me, the swing from high t and extreme confidence to low t/elevated estrogen had me crying for weeks. The worst and I would gladly have traded that pain for two broken arms, two broken legs and a collapsed lung…no joke cuz mental pain is soooo powerful, but NOT insurmountable. Maybe consider something less powerful. I been reading that some guys feel good with Masterone? Take care of yourself brother!
Mental health is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than physical health. in my opinion the mind controls the body and heals it or destroys it. If you use ANYTHING that is going to make you break just leave that shit in the gutter. I am a firm believer that any mental health issues can be fixed. I've spent years in institutions, thrown into psych facilities stamped crazy, I was just mad at things and people. Was on loads of psychotic meds and benzos and self medicated with ghb, cocaine and ketamine daily. My issues were rooted somewhere else and once I owned that boom my mental fixed its self. MANIFEST, MEDITATE, PRAY TO GOD, GET ACTIVATED, LETS GOOO
Man the hell with that time watch this was deep my brother. Man so u really know about these types of things @NWApatches ...wow man we appreciate you coming out with this info. Eye fking opener for sure!
Yuhhh! A big part is too many people are taking it too easy and lazy. The mind is out most powerful tool and it needs to be working. Always. When it goes slack shit gets to way out of it to whack. My mind is a muscle I'm constantly flexing that fucker and feeding it
I'll say this man cause I pick up on things easy... your mindset is different than alot of folks. You had it rough no doubt and I really don't know your past but I know what I know. And ya damn right the mind is powerful...you ever heard those stories about Mothers lifting up cars in order to save their babies? Well best believe those stories are true. I try to use that same mindset during powerlifting. That's my key. Now ya know. Good point man.
Right. I'm drop setting rows right now!
Righteous! Esps the last part! Train ur brain like u train other body parts. meditation takes practice but it is easy and it works! Calm the mind, calm the heart and focus blood flow to body parts and I swear u will get bigger and be mentally strong. The key is to not fight negative thoughts but to let them float away without assigning them any useless emotion. My biggest regret about meditating is that I did not do it when I was young cuz it released an amazing inner strength. u Rock!
Yes brother
Yes mental health is just as important as physical health. I see you are dealing with both. Man I'm all for health so I wish you well. We've chopped it up a few times. Definitely keep us updated
anvilAs I said, I got you brother. Message me anytime to talk shop or whatever. I had a bad experience with deca and I realize its just to drop it all together.
Deca is just a weird steroid full stop, I've run it a few times but it never sat well with me mentally. NPP is much better and more predictable in many ways - there are some bad versions out there of it that can make you feel edgy still, but generally they are good these days. There is a lot to be said for maintaining training consistency when running steroids, hitting the gym all the days you say you are going to go and not having weeks off here and there. If for some reason I have to take some time off due to getting an illness or injury, I always notice at the 3 days rest mark I get extremely restless and irritable, which can easily flip into a a depression state because you want to be training but can't. Maintaining a consistent training schedule gets round there feelings as it helps keep you relaxed and positive. If steroids are allowed to manifest and build up without you having a physical outlet to use them in, then it is not a good scenario. Blood pressure will also build up which makes everything feel much worse.
anvilYes BP going up feels bad. Like we said, we just can do without. I always train and hardly if ever get sick. I just felt bad when I knew I shouldn't. I feel great these days! Here with my iron brothers.
Bro, I noticed the same things but never talked about it. Back in the day when I took deca, I had this dark cloud hanging over me. Not serious but low level depression that I could not shake off + deca dick. Ur 3 day mark is right on. I also get anxious and restless on the few times I take 3 days off. Once I break a sweat on the forth day all worries float away and I’m too tired to fret over day to day bullshit.
For sure mate, its a very eery strange feeling isn't it - indescribable. You wonder why you feel so strange compared to how you use to, then realise its the damn Deca which will take another 2 to 3 days to shake the feeling off from if you stop pinning it Lol Then of course you begin to feel better again and wonder if it was all in your head, you inject it again and it all comes back again LMAO Its crazy if you compare how you feel on the 3rd night after resting 3 days to having trained on the fourth and how utterly euphoric and great you feel after lifting some iron again - even if the session didn't go that great you still feel like a different person lol
Exactly. No one described those feelings better! And it’s reassuring that I’m not the only one. mental health is one of the reasons I’m experimenting with Mast E with my trt.
Problem with Masteron buddy is if you aren't running a fairly decent amount of Test with it then I feel it can be detrimental and you won't feel that great off it, it will rid all estrogen in you and make you feel low. If you were running say 200mg Test E alongside 80mg Mast E then maybe you would be okay. But balancing them up 1:1 I don't feel will work especially when it was Decanoate and Isocap that was in you.
I think you should do that routine with Test E and Primo E, that will work better.
Got it. Thanks
