Hello all

i will use helios clen for the first time.
i read a lot about it in the internet, but i am curios about the injection way...
what i read about was to inject in the fat deposit, half of the dosage each side of the body, on the package it is written to inject in the muscle, does anybody have any recommendations on that ?
