What do you listen to when you work out?

Most of the time I don't listen to anything but when I need a little motivation I just play some death or thrash metal. What about all you all?

I went from 1 extreme to the other, for years it was all about finding the most aggressive & uplifting KSE or Five finger DP track to try get a PR to - but then I began to find it irritating LOL Now I like silence with no distractions whatsoever to try and execute the lift in the most intense and effective way.
All about the 90’s rap. 80-90’s rock
I enjoy the chipmunks xmas playlist
The theme from Rocky at half speed... so I can work out in sync with the music.
The little runts running around bragging about the new tub of protein they bought.
Lol, I work out at home so I don't have to hear all that anymore.
Late 90's rap. Cause I know all the lyrics.
Yeah man I hear that lol. I know it all too but it's not as motivating as metal for me
anvilI listen to the grunts of little guys trying to train...warms my heart
I like to listen to Tom platz screaming "kill me" on repeat for about an hour
I do the same thing! I put on those “bodybuilding motivation” clips and like 60% are Tom platz telling you your a fucking loser. And the other 40 is Ronnie Coleman “light weight babbbyyy”. Those usually get me going or that guy “ndochamp” he’s that like Caribbean black dude that was Larry wheels training partner, he yells like crazy too and just makes you wanna lift shit lmao. I train like crazy hardcore but sometimes your just kinda on autopilot and going through motions so listening to some of those always gets me back on track and training till I’m nauseous, and then I have to lay on the floor for like twenty minutes before I can walk back home. Luckily my gym is private so I’m always alone otherwise people would think I’m insane, yelling and barking and shit haha
Yeah. Or Shiloh dynasty beat.. it's like lifting on ecstasy. Back in them good ole daze
That sounds motivating brother!
