Looking for experienced people to help out with advising friends first cycle or

she is 40 5'3" around 150 lbs. goes to the gym normally but not much muscle building. her goals is to lose weight and get toned. I told her about anavar and the side effects.
what are some other compounds to look into? I thought somatropin would be a good idea too, I already gave her clen, she likes it. She has not done anything in regards to this forum. Is there any peptides or sarms to suggest? either with roids or seperatly, thanks - D

One would assume clen would melt fat off if taken properly with good routine and proper caloric intake. I’m curious, how did you suggest she take the clen? I haven’t used it in eight years, but the old lady and I did it for an eight week period (one on / one off) split with a simple ec stack. We trimmed up well.

Is that the ONLY thing you told her? Is she on an actual protocol or is this just a pre workout? Everyone who has said diet so far is correct, but if your body isn’t in a constant state of “burn” then the next day when she’s eating like a normal lift day, she’ll just fall back to square one.

I’m not a big fan of clen so I’m no expert but taking clen before doing cardio sounds a little risky. I’m guessing her workouts are mostly cardio. But maybe someone else can say if that’s safe or not cause I really don’t know, but just sounds risky on the heart but maybe it’s fine idk

That’s really the purpose. By increasing the body temperature through that process you can achieve a better “burn” during the workout. Frequency as you say may not be healthy prior to the workout, but everyone is different.

I would do an eight week period that looks like this
W1 Clen dose split AM and afternoon
W2 Edphedrine and caffeine split AM and afternoon
W3-W8 repeat

I would take Benadryl on the EC week to “reset” my receptors as well so I could continue taking a lower dose of clean verse bumping up beyond 40mcg a day.

she does use pre workout as well, even I take a high stim and take clen, makes me get a really good sweat going. would i benefit from taking on my rest days as well?

and were you suggesting clen on rest days? she is starting to go more often

Ya that’s a lot for me also at least at first. I’ll start at like 15 or 20 and then every 4 days or so I’ll go up by 5 until I hit 40 and then stay there for like a week and then stop completely. But if she’s not getting really shaky and getting headaches then I guess it’s not too much for her.

That’s a heavy dose… but that’s just my opinion. I’m also sensitive to some stimulants. 40mcg my first go round would make me vibrate through a wall.

This is all diet, boring I know, but it is what it is. You can pop clen and var like pez but won't do anything if diet isn't in check. School her on diet and not what compounds to pop in her mouth.

Exactly. Mine finally learned that. For her, it's diet and portion control. Put her glutide for a bit, now she's learned. Holding 135-140 lbs at 5'9" for months now. She's very happy.

She's at the age when things become much harder, more so for women then men.
Before anavar maybe try GW501516, HGH is great but MK677 could be a better option since you don't need to pin it 1-2x a day, just pop a pill.
Diet is likely a huge factor here, more so than anything else, what's she eating?

With those measurements and what you've said I'd say focus on diet solely. If she really does just go to the gym casually and doesn't train for muscle growth then steroids probably aren't what she needs.

Intermittent fasting on a proper diet is personally my favorite for exactly that purpose, losing bodyfat and getting toned. Theres a lot of ways to do it to fit it into your life and schedule but personally what works best for me is the 16:8 method, providing you're not above your maintenance calories during those 8 hours of eating your body should easily strip away and use your fat stores during the 18 hours of fasting.
It's obviously not an overnight thing, it takes time like any body transformation, but try it for a month and I guarantee you'll see some progress by the 30th day.

Carnivore is extremely good for women as well. I think it may be even more beneficial to them than men due to hormonal changes.
