+ 27 53 years old, 219 lbs, 17% bf (ugh)

Nothing to brag about, but happy with my progress at 53 years old. Finally time to take a break from the gear. Time to concentrate on my diet and try getting this body fat down to an acceptable percentage. The keyword here is “Try”. God knows i never seem to pull it off.

Looking good. I hit 53 in a month. We both know how much harder it is now to stay in shape compared to when we were younger. Metabolism goes to shit and just so much harder to keep bodyfat down even with a proper diet. You are not looking soft by any means and in better shape than the majority of guys our age.

Yeah, the body fat thing has been a struggle for me my entire life, although I’ve never tried as hard as I have been. I’m taking some time off from the gear and following your “Lose 10 lbs of fat” method starting Monday. I’m just hoping that I can stay disciplined. I always make up some kind of bullshit excuse to not follow protocol long enough. It’s Summer, it’s Winter, it’s Holiday season, always some excuse to break the diet. I’m really going to try buckle down this time, no excuses. If I post a new pic in a month, you’ll know I succeeded
