TricepatopsBro your wife is cut up at 11% for a women. Also why arimidex and not aromasin? I researched them both and came to me aromasin had more upside and less down side then arimidex. But also arimidex is better then nothing and plus one for getting pharm for those items those you don't want to buy from a place you don't know they are legit.
Btw, yeah, she is definitely pretty cut up, but a little narcissistic at this point. She got a little heavy and couldn’t lose the baby weight for many years, until she finally believed me that she should start doing my workout, and not expect cardio and aerobics to get her where she wants to be. She even considered getting the band to lose the weight, but I made a deal with her. If she does my workout for six months, and Still doesn’t see any good progress, I told her I would flip the bill for the surgery. She took me up on it. Three years later, and she looks amazing, loves the gym, and can run circles around me at the gym. I’m extremely proud of her, but now she just wants to be perfect, and willing to work hard to achieve it. I’m extremely happy my idea saved me $17,000, because without her current lifestyle, she would probably have gained all the weight back by now

I’ve never used Aromasin, and don’t know much about it because Arimadex has been my GoTo for many years, since my TRT doc prescribed it to me twelve years ago. It’s tried and true for me, and I barely use it. I only take it if I start feeling high estrogen sides or simple bloating. You’ve definitely got my attention though, so I’m going to do some research now.
I gotta be honest, I have zero experience with either aromasin or arimidex. I heard one is better than the other like what is being said. The only anti estrogens I've ever used are the 2 serms for pct, however they aren't ai's. Maybe I'll keep an ai on hand like you just in case. I just really never had a need for those ai's and besides that us powerlifters need a lil water in joints to cushion but as far as all that bloated stuff...hell no.
I definitely need an ai for bloat. It goes right to my face, and that shit drives me crazy. I really need to start drinking more water
Yep folks don't realize that water flushes out water. I can't go a day without my Gallon jug. Been doing that for over 15 years now.
Asin is better. Suicide inhibitor so you don't have any rebound. Even more important if you only take sporadically. Stop the adex the estro is still there and you back on to the yoyo. Asin removes outright. Can be one and done with it.

TricepatopsProv must underrated ancillary to add to a cycle. Every cycle I run has it. Love the way I feel on it and the way my free test rises at lower doses of test makes it an awesome add on.
50mgs for a cycle is all I run heard others run more up to 100mgs but I find 50mgs to be good any more seems like I get oilier skin and more ingrown hairs and or zits. Nothing major but prefer no zits.
I think I need to invest a lil more in proviron.

Just as I knew that it was landing today, I come across a Makwa post this morning also stating how important it is. I’m trying to do everything right these days before coming off in July. Boy, am I dreading that day, but it’s so long overdue. I can’t honestly say I’ve taken more than two months off after a cycle in over the past ten years. I always jump right back on. Going to try to go a full six months Natty, and I have a funny feeling I’m going to love what it does for me visually, and most importantly longevity wise. I’m very healthy right now, and want to stay that way.

If you do a cutter when coming off it is a lot easier mentally then coming off for a bulk. If you are like me or alot of people who lift you will think you are shrinking and look small. But that is all in your head. Almost like an anorexia who is skin and bones thinking she is fat. ALSO a good idea would be getting full blood panel right after you get off and then 5 months later and compare. If you have some bloods that aren't good and they don't improve in that time off then you will need more time off for the sake of your health.
