+ 1 Do you need HGH to get huge?
ad
Hi guys, if I were to finish getting to 15% body fat I would like to run a cycle. To get to a pro size is gear, nutrition and training enough or do you need HGH to actually maintain that much extra tissue? Or can you do it with gear alone. My thoughts are eventually you would need extra HGH to maintain. Wanted to check with you guys before doing anything!

Lifted-presence92IM DEAD! I can’t don’t understand those kind of dudes and then they say I love working out but in reality ya don’t bc you literally don’t train half of your body….. lmao
It's funny I know but honestly I know some guys that don't train legs because their legs are pretty damn big or even calves. Heck my cousin trains arms once a week. It's like this, I hardly train arms but he's got me beat. If he trained arms 3 times a week...look out here comes the beast! That's just how it is man. The shits not fair some may think. I get it. Genetics..the geat unequalizer!
Lifted-presence92Well everyone has a body part that is easier to contract the muscle or they are just gifted in that certain area and the majority of people it’s not legs lol. But I certainly do get it you also gotta remember to glycogen storage plays huge role in things I’ve seen plenty of guys all watered up on test, deca and dbol get them to diet down and swap some dhts in there it’s a different ballgame.
Pay close attention that’s why you see a lot of new guys using test and deca not dht and not npp bc it gives them a puffer look I know I did at the beginning now that I know way more stuff and my muscle has matured test, primo and npp all day.
There's a difference now....a genetically gifted guy will look way better on deca or test than some normal guy, make no mistake. That "puffy" look on them looks better no doubt. These guys don't understand that.
So look if you are still in 20's or so your muscles aren't close to maturing. I'm not sure about your age though.
Lifted-presence9231 stared lifting seriously 2 and half years ago
I get what you're saying about prime years. For instance a football player or any athlete has those prime years. It's like age of 27 through early 30's. After that most athletes go downhill, especially professional athletes. But muscle maturity is something different. In my opinion that comes well after 30. I just wanted to be clear for those that misunderstood me.
Look I'm no expert and I could be wrong but more than likely I'm right. You're probably not at your physical prime yet and that's a good thing. Not bashing you. It's rare to hit your physical prime at 30. Possible though but rare. Check this out, most world record setting powerlifters are 35 plus. Fact.
Yeah of course glycogen storage plays a part. We all get that fuller glycogen look, but those special genetics....not everyone.
To be fair, i live near a 22 mile paved bicycle path and there's tons of people who do the whole long distance bicycling thing.
Some of those guys who are serious about it have some mighty impressive quads and calves..
While they're not Mr Olympia freakish legs, they are quite impressive.
edit
Of course they may do weight training for their legs in addition to the cycling, i don't know in all honesty
If a person hasn't seen these types of folks then there's no way they will or could understand
Let's just say he suffers from CLS
HGH is probably at the bottom of my list for gaining muscle.
DamikeI have done roids for years and finally seemed to reach a plateau. No matter how on point diet, training and sleep is. Could gh get me past this plateau? Also, I have read you need atleast 6 iu to really build muscle? I am 40 years old btw.
Appreciate any input.
I’m more the guy than can help you with organ function, blood readings, physiology, etc… there are guys here that are leaps and bounds, light years ahead of me with advice on training and drugs. With that being said, when was the last time you took a break? A good break from the drugs and even a week or two from training? Stop any drugs for a month and take a couple weeks off from the gym. When you go back it will be a shocker.
That's so true man. We don't want to think that's true because we feel if we take that break that we will lose all gains or strength...doesn't work that way, not if your calories and sleep are adequate. When there are not enough supporting calories then the body will eventually use fat and muscle for its energy. Also after coming back after a break I personally feel alot stronger and I bet others will too. But anyways good point.
DamikeThat's great advice man.
I take frequent breaks from peds but not from training. I have a surgery scheduled in late September. That will be a good time for me to take a break from everything including training. My beat up shoulder joints would def appreciate it as well:)
I’d say go back to your training. If no amount of roids is not having any effect on you then you need to completely change up the way you train. I’ve been training for 27 years and every time I hit plateaus I completely change my training regime. Like Lift light and go for high reps with with super sets and giant sets ect.. whatever, just need to shock the muscles back into hypertrophy.
I’ve been doing feeder workouts before bed lately. YouTube it. Basically it’s taking one muscle group and smashing two or three different exercises for 3 x 100 reps right before bed. Been getting some good results!
DamikeI'll def try the feeders. Thanks
Teddyweights32Thank you
I’d 100% agree
