+ 4 Milk Thistle For High Cholesterol

ad

This is just a post to hopefully provide help for any of you who suffer from High Cholesterol in general, or when you are on cycle or have just come off.

Now it ain't no secret that Press loves eating shitty food such as McDonalds, Southern Fried chicken, Fish & Chips (conditional if you live in the UK) which you could say have quite a lot of fat in them. I also like fairly high Test in my cycles too.

I have just got a full blood report through from my Doctor and going through my Serum Lipid Levels yet again I have got really good overall low Serum Cholesterol Levels - Its about as low as you can get in the range and my Doc specifically commented on how good they are as if she was expecting them to be bad given she knows the extent of my steroid use over the years. Serum LDL is right down too.

All I can attribute this to is something I am anal about taking (No Homo) and that's Milk Thistle Extract every day, its known to be very good at keeping this area right down. Everyone knows how good it is for Liver and there is also good evidence for Kidneys too (sometimes it looks better than Astragalus root in this area). I always take 300mg to 400mg everyday.

Just something to consider for my Gym Bro's (Ed style).

Thanks for the cholesterol tips, folks! It's comforting to know that milk thistle might work wonders, but it seems like genetics and prescribed meds have their own game plan. Maybe we should all just indulge in some McDonald's and call it a day. Just kidding! Stay healthy!

I have come to realize that with cholesterol you either have good cholesterol or bad cholesterol and it gets worse as you age. Genetics play a huge role. I have come to the conclusion that if you have bad cholesterol and/or shitty genes. Rx is the only thing that will bring it back in line. Been there and done that with eveything in the fucking book and nothing works except my Rx.

Try nattokinase combined with Arjuna bark, beta sitosterol, and berberine.

Same with BP, genetics play a role. Luckily I don't really have cholesterol issues as I'm always in the green. But when I was 15 I had shitty BP for whatever reason. Something I've always dealt with even when I was super healthy. My BP is just higher than normal. I blame my family lol. I can make it pretty manageable if I am super fucking strict but damn it sucks having to do without drugs.

BP is definitely another one. I found out that as a gained more mass way above my natural carrying capacity my BP just kept going up with it. Need a Rx for that too. Lol

Dude I wasn't even unhealthy and I was prescribed meds in my mid-late 20's lol. The bigger I got the worse it got. Of course regular ass doctors don't understand that majority of what I had was muscle and not fat my bmi to them was 30 + so I'm obese lol

Makwa's picture

When your BMI is 30+ with single digit BF then you know you are in officially in bodybuilder territory. Lol

Told to lose 40+ lbs of hard work lol doctor looked puzzled lol no red flags here

I’m on the fence about MTE I’ve personally tried it and didn’t see much change in bloods. I think the battle of cholesterol is based on genetics diet and what you’re running. Not saying it’s not working for you however when some people read something’s they take it and run with it. Eat clean, drink water, run safe, grow, pull bloods. Repeat remember more isn’t always better.

Noted my guy, I might have dabble in that thistle too and add it to the stack. Thanks for the info.

I got the cravings for McDonald’s last night first time I’ve had it in years. 2 of their chicken sandwiches, 4 McDoubles, a large fry and a Oreo McFlurry. Safe to say my body turned into a furnace last night with the tren burning up the carbs lol.
But great information none the less. I’ve always taken regular milk thistle going to order some extract now.

Bro I've been away most of the afternoon and on the way back I was literally starving my ass off - McDonalds was calling. So I stopped off and got a Crispy Chicken sandwich meal with extra mayonnaise and a Wispa Gold McFlurry covered in caramel sauce. Went healthy though and got the fresh orange drink LMAO. £9 for that lot - 9 Bloody pounds!!! That's crazy

ReassuringRhino's picture

What in the fuck is a Wispa?? I haven't eaten at McDonald's in 10 years but I have never heard of such a thing. Have you ever heard of pagpag from the Philippines? You Should look into it, I bet its pretty similar to a wispa.

Oh, Man, I would love some McDonalds right now. It has to be over a year since I indulged and had a measly filet o fish sandwich, LOL.

Filet O' Fishes are one of my faves too - as long as its freshly cooked with extra tartare sauce, yum

LayneStaley.'s picture

Ordered fish and chips at the restaurant the other day and at first came out with no sauce they are lucky I didn’t ring press up to engrane that extra tartare sauce in their head.

JakeKO's picture

I use to get a double filet o fish, and put French fries on it, extra tarter. Incredible

Is that made to order over there or actually on the menu?! Lol

Hey rusty has nothing to do with this topic but how much grapefruit juice do you drink when taking an oral to increase bioavailability? Starting anadrol back up soon.

Drexyl's picture

It will increase bioavailability, it inhibits an enzyme that breaks the drug down, but it also means your side effects will absolutely be increased, high blood pressure especially. I wouldn’t do it myself, but to answer your question, yes it works, just expect much more potent side effects.

LayneStaley.'s picture

Interesting so maybe sublingual might be the way to go. I’d much rather not have a spike in my blood pressure.

Drexyl's picture

I’d say just swallow the pill and it is what it is, no need to get to creative with it. Ever see the clinical dosages for Anadrol50 prescribed to people that have anemia and other issues? It’s absolutely mind blowing lol

LayneStaley.'s picture

It was like 150mg a day for 6 months or something nuts if I remember off the top of my head.

press1's picture

Blimey bro - can you give an oral and suck a grapefruit at the same time?!!

LayneStaley.'s picture

Idk man that’s why I’m asking the pro at oral--

Tried to add the little emoji thing but couldn’t

press1's picture

You need to do :insertemotion: so for example put good inbetween those : :
