how can I PCT without taking clomid?

Due to some vision problems clomid causes me, I cannot take it. I'm afraid if I take it again i'll make my vision even worse than I already made it, I do have some nolvadex on hand, but a friend of mine told me that it only helps if you take clomid in the first place, is this right?
Can I PCT with only nolva? My cycle is 16 weeks @ 300mg a week testosterone E, and I have 30 25mg caps of nolvadex.

I never liked using clomid during PCT. just nolva and HCG and maybe some exemastane.

What kind of vision problems do you get? I have taken clomid 50MG EOD for nearly two years for fertility issues. But about 8 months into taking clomid I suffered PVD (Post Vitreous Dettachment) in my right eye only. I asked the ophthalmologist if the PVD was related to the clomid, but he said most not likely and due to other issues. Supposedly PVD clears up after a couple of months, but it has been almost 2 years and mine still hasn't.

Assuming your age is honest on your profile, you’re a little young. I’m not going to give you any shit for that though. I don’t know how long you’ve been using PEDs, but it sounds like a bit more research is needed on your end. You should have everything you need handy before starting a cycle, even for the unexpected as we all react differently to the compounds. I want you to keep in mind PCT is not guaranteed, the 70’s and much of the 80’s guys didn’t bother with it. If testosterone rebounded good, if not, TRT. You’re young to risk permanent shut down, but again I don’t judge. PCT drugs are generally a little harsh on the body. You’ll figure it out.

Using some HCG or HMG will also help with your PCT bud.
You should ALWAYS have all of your PCT protocol on hand before any cycle. Man, you're 3 weeks in? Is this your first cycle ever? Need some extra details here.
NoodlesSubQI thought the nolva would be enough, and I planned to run it 2 weeks post cycle to 5 weeks post cycle (21 days), but like I said, I heard that nolva by itself isn't great pct without the clomid.
Perhaps I can run some HCG with it as well?
Not trying to belittle you and no disprespect, but this is very poor planning on your part. You are currently roughly 3 weeks in, on a 16 week cycle....and just now inquiring about PCT protocol? This should have already been thought of and sorted out prior to you starting the cycle. 3 weeks into a cycle, is not the time to try and figure out which compounds to use for PCT. How do I know your 3 weeks into your cycle?

NoodlesSubQI had looked into it before and thought that nolvadex alone would be enough, but i'm now running into conflicting information. I plan to do 21 days (starting 2 weeks after last injection) of nolvadex at 25mg/day. Without clomid will this work?
Taking Nolvadex would still be better than not taking anything at all for PCT, especially if you dont react well to clomid as you mentioned. HCG/HMG as stated by press1 shoukd be beneficial too. Good luck
