IGF-1 vs LR3
ad
I’m just curious what are the dosages that you see the most gains?… I’m curious to hear about everyone’s experiences before I buy this expensive shit. Is it worth it?

I’ve tried multiple different “reputable” sources’
IGF-1 LR3 in the past. The best quality one came pre-mixed in Acetic Acid. That was the only one I ever felt did anything. But even then, I believe money is better spent on real HGH. Want higher IGF-1 levels? Increase your hgh dose. Running a higher dose of HGH everyday has yielded way more results than any IGF-1 product I’ve ever tried.
I like them both. 50-100mcg of LR3 seems to work best for me. Titrate doses up every week over a month. Need to cycle it because it will downgrade receptors due to long half-life. Continually walking around with a perma pump since the half-life is really long. Need to take a lot more of IGF1 since it is not as strong. 1500mcg 3x/d worked well. I do notice a better sense of well-being with the IGF1 and when dieting it really seems to curb the carb cravings which doesn't happen with LR3. If cutting I would go with IGF1. Bulking you can do well using either one. You do have to take alongside HGH because both will suppress natty GH levels.
Now the real question...is it worth it?? If your physique is already pretty much top level than this will give you that little extra tweek to take it a notch higher, otherwise money spent better elsewhere.
Thanks for the reply brotha.. I think I’m going to stick with a lot of gh… Seems like IGF just isn’t worth it..
It definitely isn't a miracle, but once you get to that point where you are lucky to net even a few pounds from a cycle, you definitely notice a difference. If you are still making significant progress with just AAS, then it it won't be a game changer.
Save your $ and go for real deal igf, in my opinion It's like genuine GH vs HGH frag. Real deal all the way, if not I'll pass
LucasBiggsThanks for posting the question. I was wondering the same myself. Just from what I have gathered from experienced users peptides in general are not that effective when compared to taking the actual compound weather it be GH or IGF.
Ive ran lr3 from 50mcg to 200mcg. The sweet spot I found was 150mcg.
Overall, was not worth it. Better off with real igf. I think Makwa is doing an experiment now using lr3 with peg mgf. Curious to see what that does. Lr3 seems to fall off around week 2-3
Your better off going with real recombinant igf1 rather than those garbage peptides. You can run real igf1 for longer than Lr3 and you will get better gains from it too.
