So I got a ultra sound like usual. A normal check up I get. Well the one back in December it showed my pancreas being enlarged as well as the one this month. The doctor failed to mention the one from December though. Can anyone share there advice why it would be enlarged? Could it be hgh?

Hey bro. Not sure what the doc means by "enlarged". Did he get labs drawn for you to see if there's any inflammation involved? Specifically amylase or lipase? Did he order a level for something called CA 19-9? Theoretically high amounts of hgh/igf-1 can cause organ enlargement or accelerate any already existing malignancy.
Why do you get a normal check up including an ultrasound of the pancreas? That's not normal for most healthy individuals. Do you have a history of pancreatitis? Gallstones? Any digestive issues? History of any cancer? Need more info if you can.
Would've been nice if whoever read the ultrasound study had your one from December to compare to. If you happen to have the report and can upload it (blacking out any identifying info obviously) I might be able to help further. PM me if you need to. Here to help if I can.

I work in a lab, in my experience you will need blood work to determine if the enlargement is simple inflammation from irritation from HGH use or if its a response to something else.
I see this all the time. You have nothing to worry about...yet.
And usually it turns out to be an irritation from some therapeutic drug in my experience.

They did do a bunch of blood work so I'm not sure what though. The whole funny thing about it is I feel fine! Lol

Well I get a check up to make sure my organs are okay. It's not just my pancreas. He said that it is enlarged by the pictures captured by the ultrasound. No history of anything like that! Your asking all the same questions I am! I guess I have a history of pancretitus now.
If your doc was worried about it by any means I'm sure they would have sent you out to get some bloodwork. It's unfortunate though they didn't explain what was going on better for you. Hope your doc clears it up on your next visit or you hear back soon. No news is almost always good news.
