I can definitely say COVID messed me up I am tired all the time when I use to have tons of energy I am extremely hot all the time and if I go in the hot weather I feel like I am going to pass out anyways hope you got your health figured out just realized this was a year ago lol my bad
It is important to maintain a balanced diet. Less fat, more fiber. Enough protein and carbohydrates. Also exercise. Ideal would be cardio mixed with strength training.
By the way, I found a good idea for me - to order a complex meal. They bring you food for the whole day. Balanced meals for weight loss or weight gain. Very convenient. You can choose any type of diet, and pick the diet you want. There are different types of diets such as keto and others. I order here https://idealnutsuckers.com/pages/shaved-scrotum-teabag-service, might be useful too
TricepatopsSorry about the dog I had to put my dog of 12 years down about two weeks ago and I can't look at pics of him without getting teary eyed and sad. It is hard losing a dog especially if you treat them like they are another family member like we did. So I feel your pain.
TricepatopsIs your T4 converting to T3? I am sure he did a full thyroid panel and not just TSH because you can have a normal TSH but still have problems with thyroid. Most family doctors don't know this when it comes to the thyroid. Do you have a good endocrinologist?
Bigboi50281Thank you brotha about the good and caring and all the help youve said. As for you ? I will have your answer and post my blood work later.today because im going to see.me doctor and get a print out of results.this is what was tested. T3 T4 Tsh CMP CBC and 1 other i cant remember and i will find out the numbers today but i know they weren't good because on Friday he uped my synthroid from 50 to 75 mcg my mom is on 50 and my whole.moms family is on 50 im the only 1 who got bumped up to 75. Thank you all for your.feedback this was a hard 1 too right and ask for help but im glad i did now i sent you.both friend requests thank you.
The issue to me sounds to be your thyroid, which your doc seems to be working on since he just increased your synthroid dose. I would see how you respond to your new dose before trying anything else..
Have you ever tried sibutramine? I would never condone pharma weight loss drugs but I hear it’s fantastic.
I would try carb cycling first then intermittent fasting or even Jett which I’m no fan. Then try what I wrote above.
TricepatopsYou know it had been pulled here in the US and other countries for cardio issues and it is essentially a antidepressant. It is a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. I would not take that personally. I would make sure your thyroid is working correctly but the other sides you are getting could be from Covid. Heard people having effects from it a year after getting it.
That’s why I said only use if these other methods didn’t work.
But let’s be honest is gear heart friendly lol.
Bigboi50281Thanks guys i appreciate it and yes i heard of that but never took it. But as of.righr now.im.following your advice tricep thanks for your input at first i.just thought it was depression my.profile pic was.the last pic of.him before i.went to put him down. And about the covid thing i really think there is something 2 that bc i.lost my sense of taste n smell when i got.it and i feel.like things taste.different now. And ive read other people saying they arent the same.just wanna tell you guys few symptoms im having bad insominia, extreme weight gain and water retention, for.some reason my calfs and quads are constanly sore like day after legs sore, and frequent urination. I had none of.these before covid. Thank u guys.
