This is my first cycle. I am running 450 Test E a week. I just hit my 5th week and got bloods back yesterday. My test is at 2761 but my e2 is 117 !... I haven't had any sides so I didnt think it was that high! How much Aromasin do you think I should take and how often. Thanks in advance.

Did you do a blood test before cycle to see what your numbers are normally? If not you have zero idea your normal range. If you are going to do bloods on a cycle it would make sense to do one before. When you have a car and want it faster, you dyno it before any changes then after or you don't know if anything you do or did makes a difference. So now you don't know what will work and what you should be so you now get to experiment.
Molinin302117 is definitely high, but as a good TRT doc will do, treat the symptoms not the numbers. The numbers are guidelines, reference ranges, I'd keep an eye on it, add some AI, but pay attention. As long as the nips aren't acting up, you're not emotional, sexual function is good, I wouldn't play with it too much. Last thing you want to do is crash your E2.

Bigun2You’re about to start a process of dosing and testing. That’s the only way to dial your dose in. A pretty standard dose is 6.25 mg ed. Some like to dose it 2x day. Definitely at least ed.
My suggestion would be dose it 6.25ed for 2 weeks and get restested. If it’s still high you know to titrate the dose up. If your e2 is too low you know to dial the mg per day back. Unfortunately it’s a getting tested every couple weeks thing until you know how you respond. There isn’t an “easier” way.
