PCT advice
Stats:
Weight- 185lb
Height- 5’8”
Age- 27
Diet- 8/10 on the scale of cleanliness.
Cycle history: 2 cycles (2016/2017) test E 500, EQ, aromasin through pct, standard pct protocol. Both 10 week cycles with pct starting 2 weeks after last pin. No outstanding sides.
I used some SARMS in between the cycle but nothing extreme or for an extreme amount of time, no issues other than slight loss of libido, but it’s back. In total it was a 3 year gap between cycles.
Most recent cycle (2021) test e 500, mast 400, proviron 25 mg, no AI (I know). Pct 2 weeks after last pin..standard clomid/nolva. Gained 10-15lbs on all cycles and lost about half a couple weeks after the end of each pct. I was 200 7 weeks ago and now I’m 185. Not happy.
I’m 8 weeks after last pin and 2 weeks after last dose of pct. my right nipple has a nickel sized lump, started around 2nd week of pct. I took adex 1mg for 1 week, didn’t go away. In addition I’ve been using store bought pct compounds, test booster/anti estro blend. It mildly subsided but but now it’s back (right nip only) and is leaky by just a few drops. I still get decent erections, not lethargic, eating has remained the same. I’d like to believe it’s high prolactin. I am losing more weight also.
I have caber, adex, aromasin and more nolva/clomid on hand. And no I haven’t done and bloodwork due to my line of work.
Any recommendations on a plan of action?

Biggun has ya on bloods. Id order pharma pct now so bloods will say which way to go. Nolva for blocking nips. No ai so your e2vwas jacked and pct was gonna fail regardless. Adex wilL drop that e2 rihht back into your system as its not suicidal. Adex also has contrsindications with nolva.

You need bloodwork. Research Raloxifene and get some ordered. Is the lump growing? Getting smaller? Staying the same size?
Are your AI pharmacy grade? Don’t write source name, but do they start with a name like Pfizer or from some ugl? I suspect you may have bunk or under dosed AI/SERMS. I’d also suggest getting pharma compounds enroute. You’re about to start a process that’s gonna take a while. It’ll be easier/faster with pharma grade ancillaries.
Bloodwork is the priority. Search the forums for ways around having your PCP order them. There is a lot of resources out there. Bloodwork will tell you where your E2, prolactin, etc is at. Then post it up and guys will help you get rid of the gyno.
You can take all the Serms and AI know to man, but if your E2 or prolactin is sky high it won’t matter. The lump behind your nipple is a symptom. You’ve gotta drill down and address root causes and the symptom will go away. That starts with bloodwork to give some specificity to the root cause/s.
For instance: Is it estrogen-related gyno or prolactin-related gyno? These are different root causes with different protocols for mediation. Gotta have bloodwork, bud.

The lump hasn’t grown noticeably bigger however, I’ve occasionally squeezed it from the time I’ve noticed it until yesterday day and it didn’t leak until yesterday. All AI/serms are not pharm grade or do not have a pharm grade name. I will order pharm grade. So I’m going to say what I have on hand isn’t any use until we find out what’s making the lump? That makes more sense.
With in the last 2 weeks I also cut out all dairy besides a small amount of cheese.
Thanks for everything so far man. I’m getting bloods done as soon as I get back. I will try to get them done before my departure here but it will be tough.

Ummmm.....nothing to do with prolactin and e2....pinching nipples will INCREASE the chance of dribbling and issues.

How long was this cycle and are u prone to gyno?
At this point u really need to have some bloodwork to know what's happening, so u can take the proper treatment..
This cycle was 12 weeks and I’ve never had gyno issues in the past. My pct started 2 weeks after my last pin of test which was clomid, 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. On the 3rd week I took 1 mg adex with the nolva and clomid to try and subside the sensitivity/swelling, it went down but not away. I dropped adex and finished out rest of the pct. as of now I’m off of all compounds. Just looking to see what I can use to help aid in the reduction of the swelling/lump.
Well unfortunately the truth is that u deffinately need a medical attention to this.
Steriods can promote tumor growth. So can't rule that out. Now I've heard of people using letro to reduce lumps, something I myself have not had used or experienced.. maybe someone can chime in or u can research some more on letrozole.

Like I said, it’s because of my line of work. I can’t go get bloods in the desert. I will be back stateside in may however I’m just trying to get a fix for what I can now to help out in the absence of bloodwork.

Are you where you can get packs? I presume APO but, hypothetically speaking, could you order serms/AI and be able to get them prior to May or are you stuck w what you have on hand currently?
Yeah man, I would be able to receive mail if it’s sent to another address. I don’t want to make it confusing.
So I can only really go off of what I currently have. And I have a decent amount of what’s posted on hand. What would you recommend i use on hand / try to get? I still have about a month until I return to the east coast.
Bigun2This is what I’d do if I were in your situation. Not saying you should do this, but this is what I’d do: take 10-20mg Nolva per day. If your nips are leaking that’s a fairly good indication your Prolactin is elevated. If it was me I’d start taking .25-.5mg Caber 2x week as well.
The Caber will stop the leaky nips and the Nolva will keep the lump from getting any bigger until you can get back stateside and get some labs drawn.
This is not ideal by any stretch and a really “shooting in the dark” way to go about it but I get you’re in a bad spot and low on options. Also, know this isn’t going to solve your problem. This will just arrest your symptoms and keep them from getting worse until you can get some bloods and figure out what exactly you need to do to treat it.
It’s not that primarily can’t get bloodwork. It’s just not something that will be easy to get done with my new job. I’ve done bloods in the past when I had a different job however, I just got a new job and I’ve been traveling which started in the middle of March, so yes shooting in the dark until I get back in may.
