48 years old Cruising and Injury

ad

What’s up fellas? I’ve been Cruising (200mg enanthate/100 nandrolone) for the last 3 years. Nandrolone 3 months on and 3 months off. A couple of things. I took on a pretty serious back injury that laid me up for 6 months. I’m back in the gym now but I’ve gained some weight and it’s like I never lifted a weight. I’m coming off the nandrolone due to libido issues. I was thinking about bouncing back by increasing my test and maybe eventually working up to a mild cycle. Was wondering what you guys think. To make it clear, I would do test only for maybe 12 weeks at 600mg to bounce back. A little history. I was a competitive athlete for a very long time so I’m no stranger to cycles. Helpful input is very much appreciated.

If you feel almost like a newbie in the gym again, like you have not touched a weight before then no - definitely not on the test issue. Spend a year getting back into good shape again getting some good strength and muscle back on you. Going straight onto high test when you are not conditioned is how short term gains are born and also injuries.

Three years on nandrolone isn’t smart.
You may want to google what happened to Kimbo Slice..

Miss seeing that dude, big personality

I would try and straighten out my libido issues before throwing more gear at the problems and muddying the waters even more. If your under a drs. care, then listen to him first and get your dick working again first. Get back in the gym and put in the work too, Take your time and do it right.

Good advice.

Can I call you Jimmie Snuka?

''I'm no stranger to cycles'' but you're asking for info regarding a basic test cycle. 3 years self or doctor prescribed? Ide recommend bloods, post them here if you need help. Then go from there, surprised if this community advise u to take gear..with this post.

It’s doctor prescribed.

Superfly7044's picture

Well, are you calling TRT a cycle? I’ve been on TRT for 3 years. All under. Doctor’s care

Is your doctor Jill Biden?

Why are you calling a cycle TRT?

Superfly7044's picture

Because it’s testosterone replacement therapy. When I “cycled” I didn’t use 200mgs of test and I didn’t stay on.. So, there is a distinction.

Greg's picture

The distinction is a cruise is high dosage of AAS non stop.
TRT is a doctor (real endo doc) prescribed dose to keep you in mid normal range to minimize sides and keep you in good health.

Greg, my doctor likes to keep his patients at the top end(usually I'm over the top range)as long and their other numbers are good. He is a general practitioner that believes in tot trt treatment, I went to highschool with him. I'm really lucky we live in the same small town.

I laughed at the Dr jill Biden comment. Paleontology????

I get full blood screens every quarter. Like I said, I see a doctor.

Superfly7044's picture

I was generalizing. I have been on the test for three years and every 3 months would do the 100 of nandrolone. Also on clomid 2x and arimidex 3x

Thanks. I have been in recovery for years. No pain meds here. I apologize for being new and not really knowing the way to approach this. It was not intentional. Appreciate the reply.

Not sure what you mean. I see two docs and everything is prescribed. Can I post my labs here?

Superfly7044's picture

And see two doctors.
