I have one in my building. Use it on a daily basis but not since this pandemic hit in March. Great for recovery and overall health and well being. Turn in on high and try sitting in there for an hour. It's a workout in itself.
I love the sauna... when it’s open!! I haven’t used one in a long time. Also I really enjoy the hot tub.
Yea they’re excellent, especially the wet sauna those are way better in my opinion
Lili WilsonI love the sauna, but I prefer to visit it with friends for a couple of hours, and after a workout it is very useful, but unfortunately there is no sauna in my gym.
I’ve been using it before just to start sweating and after to keep good circulation for better recovery...after this post I figured ide come to the gym and use it on my off day
After, it can keep that "after burn" going for another half hour or more.
I have been considering buying one for my home gym.
It's worth it, especially in the winter months. Had mine for a few years now, and unlike some other equipment that ends up as a clothing rack, it's still being used.
That is what I like to hear.
Thats the best! Sauna and than sitting in a comfortable chair and relax, nearby u can drink protein juice with a shot of vodka and check eroids if all is fine , lol
If u use it, always after your workout or best on off days! Be sure your heart is 100% fit!
