Gyno Surgery and speed up healing process

ad

Hi guys,
I gonna have a gyno surgery (vaser liposuction and removal for the glands)
According my surgeon, recovery will take up to one month. But i guess there should be a way to speed up recovery. I thought GH should help but never found any scientific evidences that claims that. Anyone with such experience here? Maybe methenolone enanthate (primo) should help with tissue repair? What you suggest.. I'm open to anything.

Just eat very nutritious meals.
Keep your protein and aminos at max.
Vitamins at max
Natural anti imflammatories such as tumeric.

Anti septic creams/ sprays.

Sleep and rest.

Agreed. In this situation I would do everything possible to maximize the effectiveness of your bodies natural recovery mechanisms, since unnatural hormone levels (PED use) is likely what created the need for surgery in the first place.

TheFlash85's picture

Any injury or trauma causes imflamed response.
The body needs 1200 calories for that process and healing alone.

So thats an extra 1200 cals on top of any normal diet just to prevent body turning catabolic.

Each injection causes additional imflammation.

Thats without even training.

Rest and nutrition is the key to recovery.

Extra sleep etc etc

I learnt this when i had the leg injuries.

That's interesting. I didn't know the exact caloric requirements for healing. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah my surgeon told me when i snapped my leg lol.
I was trying absolutley everything to recover as quick as i could.
My attempted speed up recover was-

Test
Deca
Drol
Hgh
High dose milk thistle/vitamin e/ vitamin c/ ( anti oxidant)
Multi vitamin 2x a day ( label said 1)
Bcaas 3x per day.
Protein powder shakes 3x per day.
Caltrate high quality vitamin d and calcium.
Vitamin k ( reccommended from a member her)
Transports proteins calciums etc to bones.
Home made super green shakes made in nutri bullet.
Healthy nutritious diet of meats and veg 6000cals including shakes.
Lots of milk and water.
12 hours sleep every night and rest.

Did it work?
Dont know.

Eagles 2013's picture

Damn bro. Well if nothing else you get an A for effort! Did everything eventually heal up correctly?

Good thinking but id say def before the surgery route all bloods would of been checked and rechecked.

Im a firm believer gyno can be reveresed.

The people that cant are the ones who refuse to stop steroids completley and dont run the protocols long enough or high enough.

Since 2011 im yet to see or deal with one person that hasnt reversed it when followed.

Weve had a few twiggy trolls that say it didnt work.
One twiggy even put up pics after removal.

The twiggy that put up pics is a shit talker stirring the pot because he looked like hed never lifted weights in his life but trolled around the site like a pro lol.

Anywho..

Thanks for info mate!.
If its steroid/ hormone related gyno ( lumps only) there is an extremley high chance of reversing.

Of course there is side effects.
You have to be off all hormomes and steroids and your system has to be clear of all esters.
Usually the sides dont matter coz the guys that get to the point will do anything to get rid off, its not the young dude whos in week 4 of dbol and has a flare up, that shit is an easy ai adjustment and good to go.
It takes time and dicipline and if followed absolutley correctly ive yet to see it fail.
Expect 6 months gone.
Its for guys that cant get the surgery or cant afford or desparate etc.
I had lumps the size of marbles when i was 26.
Test/deca/eq/drol cycle 1g/800mg/600mg/150mged.

They were tender and painful.
Slightest touch hurt even just washing in the shower.
I was lactating.
Even black shit was coming out.

I finished that cycle.
Waited for the massive long esters to clear.
( be suprised how many dudes finish their p.c.t b4 deca or eq have even cleared system lol).
Completley steroid and hormone free.
Then i began protocol.
To this day i have not had so much as a tingle in any nip on any cycle.
Lumps completley vanished to nothing.
Im over in australia, i could go to a dr and say ive taken steroids and have these lumps and id get put on a public wait list for the surgery also.
Private and itd be booked straight away.
If i asked for any serm or ai i would get told no.
But anyway all the guys that done it and done it proper diciplined and actually stuck it out suceeded so far.
Atleast 6 guys from eroids in 2013/2014.
Just depend on what the persons situation is.
Some guys have mental issues from it like complexions and embarrasment, others have pain or hate the look etc.
Its good that theres a variety of options these days.
Cheers mate

Thank you all fellas. i know primo was bad idea... just asked maybe there's some trick i didn't know.
i will follow the instructions given by the doc.
Thanks again

There is not a way to speed up your recovery from nipple surgery. Keep primo for another season. Hgh won't help either

I suggest rest. No drugs.

I did the surgery last year. I was so disappointed that after a month of recovering my doctor probably missed a few glands around my nipples that were probably so tiny and they grew up really quick after recovering phase. I now have gyno glans that I can feel underneath my nipple! They still grow! Bich titts!! Biches stay bi*tches!
Good luck!

It’s ONE MONTH. Fucking rest!
Imagine you don’t follow instructions and you go and fuck up the healing process and you end up with a pepperoni nipple or something? You’d never forgive yourself. Just train legs for a month. Quads, calves, hams/glutes, off, repeat.
Good luck my man!

I wouldn't use primo or any other roids for recovery after gyno surgery. I didn't use peptides or gh until now. But from what I've read, only thing I'd use for better recovery would be tb500. But I'm sure guys with more knowledge in peptides can jump in and give you serious advice.

I’ve never had this surgery, but I could not imagine that taking anything that raises your estrogen will help recovery and defeat the purpose of the surgery imo. Good luck bro!

I had my glands removed few years back (most of the gland) and honestly I wouldn’t go to running gear to help recover. I just let my body recover on its own, stay on a clean diet, and you’ll be good as new in no time bro.

No need for AAS or GH to help, just let your body recover, good luck it’s worth every penny!

I would listen to someone that went through the process.

I suggest you listen to your Doctor. Taking AAS if you're not working out is not a good idea IMO.
