+ 10 Recovery for your stomach

ad

A lot of anabolic steroids, especially orals can cause heavy stomach issues.

The main problem here is not reflux, heartburn or appetite loss u get, its the fact that when u use a lot of orals one day your stomach can get very destroyed.

Here a few examples:

  • chronical gastritis
  • pancreatitis
  • gastroenteritis
  • gastrointestinal haemorrhage
  • hiatus/hiatal hernia
  • cardia insufficient (here you need a surgery!)

To prevent this issues where u sometimes need even a surgery (like me) observe following:

  • Take no high dosages
  • avoid drol , halo and mibolerone
  • keep your cycles as short as possible
  • do enough breaks between oral cycles
  • tren can cause this issues too, although its an injectable roid
  • caber can cause this issues
  • high E2 can cause this issues
  • don't use antibiotics, pain killers or aspirine (only if really needed)
  • drink a detox shake once per day (you find a lot recipes online)
  • use 20-40mg esomaprazole or pantoprazole if you feel already sick (but first contact your doc) (example: Nexium)
  • drink plenty of water
  • use / drink less caffeine
  • be careful with peptides like IGF, GHRPs ...
  • don't eat fat meals before u go to bed and eat complex carbs
(complex carbs reduce the production of stomach acid)

Hope this helps you guys a bit! Stay healthy!

Nice thread brother. My girlfriend's coffee is what puts my gut in a rut, it's like chewing dry beans. Gut awareness is something always overlooked till it's too late. I'm gonna check out some of these daily detox drinks. Thanks for sharing +

I personally include yogurt in my diet, eat pineapples with high protein meals, and supplement with glutamine.

https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/anabolic-steroids/appetite-decr...

Some have hypothesized that in a super anabolic state/maximizing protein synthesis (i.e. tren), the body will “borrow” amino acids from other areas including the stomach lining.

Glutamine works really great, I use it too better than any enzyme caps or probiotics.

Thanks for the link!

If that were the case, then constantly drinking bcaa throughout the day should help counteract it, right?

the_gainz's picture

Certainly shouldn’t make your stomach lining or anything else worse, I’d say they’re helpful.

Good post! Helpful information for those prone to these issues. Fortunately most orals agree with me if not abused, but that's just me. +

genetics bro its just who we are, some people have stomachs lined with steel while others cant even look at spicy food without getting heartburn.

I have genetic high blood pressure it doesn't matter how careful I am it stays high, I have to use a maintenance medication to keep it in check. Also your liver is probably a well oiled machine as well which makes eating orals at high doses all the easier, me personally I have to be moderate with the orals. Though there are some i.e. dbol that I cant even touch.

I honestly think some people just naturally do - some guys can swallow tabs till the cows come home and it just doesn't affect their appetite whatsoever.

Sounds great, stay safe bud! Yes it was a hard time but since I reduced all the gear I feel great again (except my elbow, where I had already 3 surgeries but thats another thing...)

Have you ever competed then as you always come across like you've been quite far in the game and with your bodyweight being pretty high etc?

stairmaster's picture

I competed till 2010, I stopped when my daughter was born.

Have you looked into BPC-157 for gastric healing?

stairmaster's picture

Yes I tried it , doesn't work against any kind of stomach issues
btw: HGH can even increase the problems, HGH can heal a lot of injuries but helps definitely not against stomach problems! (just for your info)

GreatSpear's picture

Personally, I used it orally with great effect when I suffered from stress induced heartburn, it healed it up quickly and haven’t had it again since.

Kinda bummed that it didn’t work for you, but it does in fact have many great properties for healing and protecting GI tract given that it is originally from the stomach. Just going to share a few excerpts from a website.

“BPC-157 has a healing effect on the endothelium, which is the outer layer of mucosal membranes, such as those lining the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.”

“ВРС-157 wаѕ аblе tо rераіr lеѕіоnѕ (dіrесt іnјurу) оf thе gut lіnіng, buіld nеw blооd vеѕѕеlѕ tо rеѕtоrе сіrсulаtіоn аnd рrоmоtе hеаlіng, аnd соuld bураѕѕ аnу оссluѕіоnѕ thаt mау оссur frоm ulсеrѕ.”

“In addition, BPC-157 protects the gut and liver from alcohol-induced toxic damage.”

Thanks brother, all they include carrot juice, aloe vera juice, cabbage juice and freshly juiced drinks made with less acidic foods, such as beetroot, watermelon, spinach, cucumber, or pears

You find great recipes online Smile

Very good and useful post buddy - there's no doubt about it that the harsher orals such as Halo feel and are so much rougher on your stomach and digestive tract aren't they. I took some of that esomeprazole a few days ago and it blows ranitidine out of the water for acid reflux and discomfort.

stairmaster's picture

Thanks bro, yes a few orals are really "aggressive" for your stpmach. Great that it helped u but don't take it regulary except its prescripted from your doc.
