How long to run first cycle

Hi guys. First cycle, I'm in week 7. Want to know how much further to push before PCT.
Wk 1-4 20mg Dbol (in 2 doses/day [now stopped])
Wk 3-7 400mg Test Complex (in 2 doses/week)
Wk 4-7 300mg Deca Complex (in 1 dose/week)
I'm using AI and cycle support. Thinking I prob should go under 12wk due to dbol and being my 1st time.

If you feel fine with one daily dosage, that's great. I know guys who split split dbols in 2 dosages or take them just 5 times a week on workout days and they feel well. But depending on the half life of dbols, they definitely should be split ;)
I took them in dosages of 2x a day as well (I do with most orals)
Unfortuantely dbol just ain't my cup of tea though

Hey bother for this to be your first cycle you pushing way to much gear remember this is something you never done so it won’t take much to see great result. Kinda like the first time you had a drink didn’t take much to start feeling it same thing here. I would run just Test for 12-16 weeks pinned twice a week like a Monday and thurday thing.
Werk 1-16 Testo E or C , 500mg/wk.
No other compounds needed, escpecially not Deca!
Pin 2 times per werk for stable values.
Have Aro at hand but use it only if really needed, bloods will show if yes or no.
Since week 3 I've been taking Arimidex 1mg daily to be on the safe side, is there any issue there?
Alphamale500Yeah bro, you really need to get your e2 levels checked. Because for 400mg/wk of test, 1mg of arimidex per day is a very high amount! Of course it depends because everyones body is different, we don't know the purity of your adex or if it's pharma grade, etc. But something to remember is that with A.I.'s, more is not better! Just like your e2 levels going too high can harm you and cause you problems, it's the same with your e2 going too low! You need to have your e2 levels right in the range of where they need to be.
And I'm not saying this to be a dick, but it seems that you really didn't do the necessary research you should've before running this cycle! And you should've had your e2 levels checked when you got your bloodwork done!
What does your blood work say? Hmmm I bet you didnt take bloods before this cycle or during huh?
Then how should we know? You're playing a guessing game with this whole cycle you are on. Basically a 1st cycle with almost a gram of test and taking an ai Willy nilly for just in case reasons. It's 2 x 200mg Test a week (total 400mg/wk) and of course I took bloods.
Week 2/3:
Free Testosterone 0.0563 nmol/L
Testosterone: 2.04 nmol/L
SHBG 11.6 nmol/L
Free Androgen Index 17.59 ratio
No estrogen? How do you know you need an ai if you aren’t testing your e2?
Apparently it didn't include that, in the future I'll use tests that do.
I can't say much without any bloods but I wonder that u haven't already crashed your e2
I just read up on that and maybe I have, my knees are killing me, might cut it to 0.5mg.
That's part of the whole reason I started on the deca was for the joints.

Alphamale500In the future, dbol should be taken every 4-6hrs for optimum blood levels. And oral aas should really only be used for 4-6 weeks.

Alphamale500Deca needs to be run for at least 12 weeks to give it time to build up in your body. So if you wanna run your cycle for just 12 weeks, perhaps you should've started the deca from the first week.
Imo, if you chose to run these compounds, all of them should've been started together since day 1, but the dbol stoped after 4-6 weeks. So, now you're gonna have to make a decision on whether to run this cycle for at least 16 weeks to get the most benefits from the deca, or to cut your loses, chalk it up as a learning experience and end at week 12 like you wanted to. Of course running this cycle for 16 weeks may give you some trouble with shutting you down hard and making it very difficult to get your system jump started again.
Maybe it's in your best interest so you don't shut your system down too hard, that you should just stop the cycle at week 12 like you want to. You don't wanna possibly fuck up your HPTA permanently, and a longer cycle may increase your chances of that.
Either way you should definitely incorporate a solid PCT protocol. You do have a good PCT planned right? This is why all of this things should've been researched and planned out before starting this cycle. For a first cycle, 10-12 weeks of testosterone alone would've been a better option imo. Thanks, yeah I plan on 4 weeks of nolvadex with other test support. With this info in mind I'll probably run the cycle a bit past 12 weeks then, maybe 14 and cut my losses to go easy on my body. Cheers bro!
For the first I have to say that a first cycle should ever be test only. You don't know how your body reacts to hormones and driving advanced compounds can cause unexpected and unwanted sides!
But since you already started, let's try to help you staying safe. Under 12 weeks with deca is a waste of time/gear. Watch your blood pressure, pull some bloods mid cycle and if you don't have sides or any issues, end the deca after 12 weeks and the test after 16 weeks with starting a proper pct. Take a look at the forums how a pct protocol should look like.

Yeah still learning, I know should have started earlier with the test that's the big lesson learned.
There's a world of conflicting information out there, some say 12 weeks some say 6 for dbol.
12 weeks of dbol is way too much, cause the liver toxicity. Never go longer than 6!
