We got good mods, but i understand they can't see everything. So imo it's on us to sort the idiots out, too. I agree with you, mate. But in one point he's right. It's not really fair that the shitty review is still active. Or maybe you overlooked it by mistake? This ADV member has wrote another useless crap just a few weeks ago and still doesn't learn, that a review should include some more details...
I appreciate your efforts and zeal and I agree the review has little going for it. That said, if I raise the bar as high as yours, almost all reviews would be flagged.
Upside is, everyone has an opportunity to voice their opinion with a thumbs up or down. If I flag it, he loses 1 karma and the review is hidden from sight protecting him from further losses. He may not even notice he lost a point and continues on in his ignorance. If however, you, I, and others of like mind find the review lacking, he can lose almost 10 points and might learn a thing or two before he posts another sub par review.
I understand your attempt in trying to create a segue way using sunamcaxa's post to address your concerns, but there is absolutely no truth in his comment.
