UGFreak are always there to help me with products. When it comes to dosage, usage, stacks and its benefits. Communication with them are usually under the 24 hour mark but don't run with that. It's still a business so 24 hour replies are standard but they wont disappoint you.
Packaging is as good as it can be. In the sense you don't have to worry about anything being broken, leaking or spilling out when you open it.

-1So what I intended on keeping to myself and working out with this Source I'll share here on this board as a complaint because the message platform on the website is mysteriously down. Great news though, you can still place your orders lol. That part of the website still works fine!!
I actually used this source a few times in the past successfully and I'm afraid I got a glimpse of their true colors when things didn't go as planned. I ordered US Dom Proviron from this source on 4/24 and it is 6/08 currently at the time of writing this review. During the last 45 days I have had zero communication and updates from the source.
I had to constantly reach out every couple weeks to ask for updates and I was given the same responses. "The delivery can take up to 15 days." "We're getting it reshipped." "We've had severs maintained and improved hosting, so the website had been offline occasionally. "We apologize for the inconvenience.It's back and working now." - (Really? what does that have to do with my package vanishing?"
Because this Source now shows that they don't carry US Dom Proviron here's what I'm guessing happened: it's highly likely that I was sold "US Domestic" Proviron BUT they actually didn't have US Domestic Proviron so I was buying it from an international source. This is total bullsh*t because if had I known that the product would be sent from outside the US, I would have never ordered in the first place.

Again the reason I am posting this review/complaint here is that the platform to communicate on the source's website is now mysteriously not working. I cannot send a response or send an inquiry.
Very strange that the supplier cannot track a package when it is supposed to be in the United States AND has tracking numbers.
Comment on supplier's T/A and packaging (careful not to disclose sensitive info):-
First tracking number I received ties back to a shipping label that was created but the package never made it to USPS.
Second "re-shipment" label was created in another State and states that it has been picked up by a partner carrier and USPS is awaiting the item.
"But the category you chose, did say "up to 15 days" and it takes longer, due to a special secure route." - This is the last message I got. To that I say, yes, the domestic product that may have said it can take up to 15 days for which it is now 45. But I will patiently wait, there's probably a guy with a donkey and a cart somewhere in the US with my Proviron trying to deliver it to me.
I've ordered Dragon Pharma Test C on numerous occasions and ever since this mishap I've switched sources and the difference in the gear is night and day.

Do not TRUST this supplier. They may very well sell legit products but I wonder if they are covering this up what else are they doing that's bs?

This company is the worst, after they steal you money they will not properly help you with fake tracking. But it gets better they will close your registration with them and you will not have access to there fake web sight. No good at all. Had them verify the tracking number on there end to see no movement at all. I asked for a refund and they don't issue refunds. After that they totally tried to block me from access of the web page after I was a registered member.

This is a long over due review for 2 para pharma test cyp i got from back in october 2018, was first time using para pharma i was using another test cyp at the time so i just switched brands, and gave it 3 weeks before i started comparing the diffrence, there was no pip on 2 shots a week at total 600mg, got a good pump on the cyp was runing dbop at the time as well, i did notice that on the para gear my pumps were harder and veins were showing more mixed with the dbol appatite was good and i struggle with my appatite at times all in all a good brand and i would use again, next time il do a run with just the para pharma

My original order with them was for Test E, Nolva, and 34 Syringes for DP INTL. i initially sent the wrong amount (i sent the BTC amount instead of the USD amount, so i was a bit short. I wrote a ticket on the order explaining my mistake, but with this being my first time ordering gear, especially using BTC/Intl, i figured i was probably SOL or it would take a while to hear back.
Was very happily wrong, and with the hour i had a response with instructions. I sent the correct remaining amount and got my ‘order complete confirmation’ response from them in the comments.
That order was most likely seized (been at an ISC FOR 2 months) so after 30 days i requested a re ship with the items listed above (Test E, Adex, and Winnny). They had it out and shipped again within 48 hours. There was some confusion due to the delivery service saying it was at an ISC in the US, and then back in the originating country... then back in the US... then the OC... then the US again. I put in a ticket asking if they can reach out to the sender to see why it was sent back, but they assured me it was common with that country and it was likely still in the US. 2 days later I got my package.
Every question concern I had, they not only responded within 12 hours, but with correct and valid/honest info.
Packaging was pretty discreet for the package. The products themself were not stealth products, but everything around them made it very discreet and safe. One of the postal workers actually dropped the package before giving it to me when i picked it up (i shit myself a little bit right there) and all of the products were without a scratch.
100% recommend. WILL be buying again shortly, and super excited to try out the new US Domestic shipping options for regular and expedited.
