My experience with UgFreak:
I did my first order when they launched a promotion on eroids. The checkout on their website couldn't be used and we were asked to order via PM on eroids which i really liked. It was very uncomplicated and they always answered fast.
I was amazed with their product quality and so i went for the next order. I sent a PM like i did last time but was promplty asked to order over their website. The instructions for freebies were very unclear just how much you get free if you spend a certain amount of money. So i did my order and deductet the price by what i was told to get free.
I sent a ticket to explain me but i was told that this was not the way i was supposed to order. He told me that i'd have to make a new order, which was also wrong because in the end he wanted me to just add the products i pay for and send a ticket what i want free (which is not instructed anywhere on the website). So we ended up with 3 pending orders one of them partially paid and i wasn't treated the way i expected.
So the whole ordering process over the website was very exhausting for me, i lost a lot of time and maybe you should think about making the process easier. Also i don't think it is a good idea to use a page that doesn't even use HTTPS it is just unsafe.
The information you guys give about the order is very good and helpful, the problem with those are if i can see them, who else can see them? The tracking information is directly given on the My Orders page, so if any gov etc. looks into it, they'll just have to wait for me picking up my parcel.
I would really appreciate if you guys would think about a way to order via E-Mail and start thinking about an easier process.
This is constructive critic and no hate, as i mentioned do good work but you should think about some improvements.

The Cut Stack is an absolute game changer. No PIP, great gains, great increase in strength. Needed cabergolin because i had so hard prolactine sideeffects, So their Trenbolone is as pure as it possibly can be. I've been losing fat like it's just melting off without any change in my diet, so i reccomend this product to everyone who is ready for tren.
I've been switching from pharma grade pfizer aromasin to UGFREAKS aromasin and i can't tell any difference. Really amazing.
I will sure order again, just hopefully not over the Website again.

+ 2This is a review for Para Pharma Sustanon 350, Tren A and Tren E from previous promos. I must say the quality of the gear and effects received from them appear to be top level. Thumbs up to UGFREAKS for allowing me to try out the gear and services, A+.

Hardly any needed, simply placed the order then received confirmation and sat back and waited for delivery.
Packages arrived around 14 days from receiving the tracking info which I consider fast for overseas. Packaged securely with no indication what the contents were from the outside of the packages.
Extremely happy with the gear. The only negative effects observed was slight insomnia and night sweats that I'll typically get with Tren. I lost some fat weight and gained probably 10lbs lean muscle. I Def recommend these products.

I commented on UG's promo and was contacted back within a few hours saying that I was in. Everything was very efficient and communicated within hours.
It took 10 business days to get to the Midwest in the US. The items were wrapped up properly so they were in mint condition upon arrival.
All in all, great company and great products. Will definitely be ordering more in the future. Will like to see if the oils are on the same level as the tablets.

I changed that address before payment, before shipping, through "3" different modes EMAIL, TICKET SYSTEM and ACCOUNT ORDER, ACCOUNT FILE. What more can you ask for? I did my due diligence as an honest customer even confirming that it was not yours that was confiscated. I'm a good guy not being dishonest here I told you the truth. I'm wondering why i'm still getting kickback from you guys and the lack of ownership being taken on your end. I've owned up to my part.
I could have just canceled the order then if you do not update after the order was submitted.
Why don't you check out my account info and email traffic and verify the timeline and changes requested then post that? Please do, I believe it's my right to notify others the risk they may incur if they have a change of address that's all.
My order screenshot of my email shows the updated shipping information as well as it had from the 6th of February. I can screenshot that and send your way if you would like as well.
Many of us have security and confidentiality concerns as well. The way this issue has been addressed has not been in a way that I feel most would appreciate including the continual "hands off" no responsibility portion of the address change. In-house policy can be recited and interpreted any way, all day long and nobody can say a thing, the bottom line is this address should have been changed "no questions about it" and it was not. I'll just chalk this one up to a loss. Plenty of other great resources here....

-2I normally don't like writing anything remotely negative unless I feel there is a concern I've had that may affect others in a other than positive manner. First I would like to say this is not a "blast" and UGFREAK has been prompt and professional in most aspects of communication. This circumstance could have had a better outlook but ultimately culminated to me getting my order tossed by an angry x-girlfriend that blamed juice on my getting tired of her overbearingness because a shipping address was not changed as requested with ample time prior to shipping. I ordered Feb 2, 2017, had issues with some links ordering on the site because of a faulty link. This delayed the ordering process because bitcoins was a pain in the ass and I was trying to save time by not going to WU that has worked fine in the past. Feedback became short and confrontational when after a while asking about the order status, this could have been negated if I would have been having been given a heads up to prepare for the incoming address that I had requested changed and not shipped too.
I then received a customs letter from a seizure from a prior order, it had been such a long while I figured it had been this one since I didn't have too many orders out and I figured it could have been in no way been the other one. I did my due diligence and was honest when I told them what had happened. Before I had been asking about tracking and was given a not so helpful approach to check. Then I decided to contact the old address holder to find out they had tossed my gear, hence my address change request well before shipment and even payment. Even submitted through the ticketing system.
Feb 2, Order
Feb 6, I requested my shipping address changed because of this and update on account on website as well as through ticketing system although I cannot access old messages submitted for reference, only email which they told me only to send "issues" through.
March, 5 No more communication
No more communication with supplier and consider it a learning experience. Again, this is not a blast and i'm sure UG has a ton of traffic right now and small issues like this may be easy to slip through the cracks, just a heads up to others to confirm your change of address when dealing with both regular email and ticketing system. Make sure your address is no shit changed and confirmed by them or you may find your self-hitting up buddies for a hookup pin or two until you can get back on track.

+ 2This review is for one of the older promo's a few months back. There was an issue initially because a month had gone by and I hadn't received the pack so about 5-6 weeks later I told them I didn't receive it I could have said something sooner but it was a promo after all anyone who complains when their getting free shit and didn't spend a penny is a piece of shit, a mere scintilla of human life. Anyways as soon as I told them they reshipped it right away. Here's the interesting, important, and really fucked up part. The package actually had arrived weeks before I asked for the reship the tracking had never updated past the country of origin so I had no Idea but what had happened was it turned out my now ex-girlfriend had opened it and thrown it away and never said anything till a few months later. I emailed UG as soon as I found out and told them what had happened and apologized.
2 10ml Vials of Trenbolone Acetate and 100 tablets of Methandrostenolone aka Dbol at 20mg a tablet.
The few times I did PM them on here they never took past 12 hours to reply at the latest which is pretty impressive considering the number of messages they were probably getting at the time.
Roughly 3 weeks to Baltimore packaging was the usual bubble wrapped nice and tight and of course discreet as hell.
In conclusion this source in general from the experience I had was very pleasant id still give them a 10 out of ten because even though the tren seemed a bit underdosed ive had batches of tren from some of the best labs in the business that were garbage doesnt speak 100 percent about a labs quality to me bad batches happen in every other possible aspect I can think of I was verty pleased and would recommend them for sure because their still in the top for a reason and thats making sure the client is happy. Im looking forward to trying some of their Anadrol and Deca next!!

And ive been running gear for a long ass time running various diff brands. So what makes it so bad ass. First thr strength increase was just mind boggling i set personal bests on all my lifts. The libido lets just say i was looking at ugly ass chicks wanting to bang em. Weight increase jumped 18 lbs in 2 months of lean mass. Over all feeling on this sust was just incredible it made me feel like nothing iver ever felt.
