The communication was very clear and understandable.They were quick to respond and very informative/helpful. I received a tracking number without even asking for one.
The packaging was very discrete and the products were safely packaged. Also delivery of the products were very quick.
This review is for his 6th promo he had a while back. I ended up getting 200 20mg turinabol pills. Ive been running them at 60mg ed on my cycle with test prop for 3 weeks now and i got the nastiest pumps ever it hurts so good! I can see smaller unoticible muscles from before pop out of nowhere! Honestly im shocked on how well im reacting to Freaks Tbol. Bravo man bravo!

This is a review on the promo that was done. I have never dealt with these guys before so I figured I'd try them out.
2 test cyps and 20mg dbol.
Everything was great through pm 's. There was no need to email them everyday. Instructions on what to do were sent and communication was on point.
Products were in a packaged envelope. Nothing was broken and everything was in there that was supposed to be in there.

Outstanding, had an issue getting the tracker to work and got plenty of support from them.
Stateside t/a was standard(not 100% on the exact ship date, but it was about 2 weeks), and the packaging was very well done.
You don't get to be a top 5 source here by providing poor products and bad service. UGfreaks will have no problem getting any of my business. I'll be shopping here again.

Communication was good. They always responded quite fast.
I had to be patient with T/A. It took about 20 days for EU domestic.
However not a surprise cause they let it clear since the beginning.
Very well packed.
Overall I got really happy with UGF. I'll continue to order for sure!

-2I ordered a ton of gear from this supplier over two months ago. In fact, I ordered from King Of Hearts after I ordered from UG and KOH had my shipment at my door within 5 days. It's been over 74 days with UG.
I used the tracking number UG provided me with and it says the shipment has been "cancelled." This was my first time ordering from UG and in my humble opinion, as someone who's been doing this for 10 years, UG is a scammer. Don't be fooled by their fake reviews. Do not order from this supplier. I've lost over 250 dollars and they are no longer responding to my emails.
Test E, Deca, viagra, Tamoxifen
It was quick at first, but they stopped responding after two months went by.
I haven't and will probably not receive the package.
These guy are con artists. Be careful.

He's always got back to me pretty quickly, within the day I'd say unless promo is going on then maybe add a day lol
TA wasn't bad during promo still got pack in about two weeks, pack was packed right, no breakage.
All in all good quality Tren Ace and Next run I will pick up UG Tren E and run it for 12 weeks in the winter, thanks again UG keep up the good work,
Also I like how active this source is, not avoiding bad bloods, comments, etc, if there is a problem they have addressed them all with class. Nice to see a source that seems to give a shit.

+ 1After being loyal to a certain distributor that used to be very highly regarded on this site(ASHOP), I was robbed on my last transaction, much like many of the others on this site that used them religiously. This sent me in search of a new supplier that would match the integrity, speed or transport, communication and quality I can come accustomed to with the previous supplier, As everyone knows, this can be a very difficult decision to make. I cannot be happier with the choice I made. I decided to give UGF a try, and I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out. We had our bumps in the road on this particular transaction, nut neither party lost their cool and we were able to get everything sorted out. I am grateful not only for the quality gear, but also the communication, the packaging, and especially the ship time. I will expand upon each in the appropriate categories.

What I actually received:

I used their ticket system on the site, not email. I was always replied to within 24 hours, and prior to my first package arriving, there was no need for communication. They sent me a tracking number(It never worked due to the tracking site) but it was not necessary. The package arrived quicker than I expected (9 days) to east coast US. I did not need to communicate with them at all until that package arrived. Once it arrived, we have several back and forth communication that was handled promptly.
The packaging was phenomenal. There was no breakage and all arrived wrapped carefully and in-tact upon arrival.
Okay, so, now for the complicated aspects of this transaction. The first package arrived, which should have had all of my products in it. It did not, it only contained 10x test cyp250 and 2x dbol 20x100. I messaged them on the site and asked them if I should expect an additional package. They said that all of my products shipped in one box and that they would get a picture of all of my products prior to packaging sent to me to prove that. A few days later I receive a picture that sure enough shows exactly what I ordered next to a box. I replied letting them know that I appreciate the picture, but the fact is, I did not receive the entirety of my order. We continued to go back and forth multiple times. I tried to keep my cool despite the fact that they were insinuating I was a liar. I understand their stance, I am sure they deal with plenty of scum bags that try to get free shit from them all of the time. I get it, I understand the reticence to believe me. However, during the several days of back and forth regarding this issue, another package arrives. It has the remainder of my order, plus 3 additional bottles of test, 2 more packs of dbol as well as some sample packs of test prop and deca. I promptly messaged them to let them know I received the remainder of the package.
This is for UG'S sust and Deca I was using about a month back for a few weeks

I would say communication with this source is as good as it gets. I never needed any but he is always on his si. Very responsive and he may be the only source that comments on all reviews, good or bad.
This order was from a promo. I kind of forgot about it and it showed up in I beleive around three weeks. The packageing was very discrete and well packed.
I didn't have bloods drawn but based on experience and haveing been on trt 8 years I would have no problem useing and also recommending Para to friends.

+ 1First time customer and I will never order elsewhere again! Sites using Western Union have always sketched me out since day one. These guys are completely on top of their shit. There was a delay in my payment processing so they were quick to reply, stay on top of it and even left my ticket open outside the normal window just to make things less painless. I have never in my 5 years of doing this seen this great of customer service. Killing the game!
