Communications with the Freak are always excellent, it seems he's online here at eroids 24/7 so I've never had a problem or had to wait long by sending a PM. He's approachable too so it's ALWAYS FAST and FRIENDLY communications if you happen to need it.

T/A has always been quick to the South East US. 7-10 days on average for me which is great for an international source.
The packs have always been discreet and padded extremely well to prevent breakage etc. Never had a problem at all with any pack from the Freak.

The Freak is on top for a reason. The gear is killer, the prices are killer, the communication/support is second to none and the T/A is excellent for and international source.

Communication is great when needed. Rarely do you need to communicate. Place your order and sit back n wait. A lot of dudes want their orders yesterday, but have to trust a source that prides on customer service. I had question on interaction with the Proviron with my anxiety meds. Freak sent me a link to an article.
T/A wa 8 days during a promo. It's rare you find this guy not running a promo but regardless the T/A is as good as domestic. Packaging was discreet. My wife couldn't tell what it was which is the true test for me
Overall another great experience with the Freakster whether it's a big order or small he treats you the same. To me that's an admirable quality. Keep it real and stay around forever freak.

I'm an old school guy and don't like too much change..you know the saying if it ain't broke, don't fix it...however, UGFREAKS was kind enough to send me Test C and Npp for their promo (review is for Test C at the moment). And I have to be honest, this Test C is up there. No pip...increase in strength gains while cutting....good strong libido with the oily face. What I did notice about this Test C I liked the most was I didn't get any acne/backne...was happy about that. I recommend this source. Highly.

Communication was as excellent as I was told it would be. UG got back to me less than 24hours each time, and even pointed me in the direction to find answers for future questions I may have.
I received the package exactly two weeks after receiving my tracking number and the packaging was great. A couple tabs were split in the packaging but after trying a whole tab I'm thankful for the split ones ;)
This product changed the game for me. Will continue to go to UG for any future purchases.
