2ND Ever Cycle Need some advice

ad

I am 40 years old 5'7" 200lbs 23% Body Fat

So I need advice, a buddy of mine has done multiple cycles and helped me with my 1st which was 8 weeks test and winstrol, which worked well for bulking and strength. I didn't realize how much the test would help me so I have stayed on it more of a TRT dose. Well now I have had great muscle gains and some amazing fat lose (was a sloppy 26lbs heavier 18 months ago).

Now I really need to cut the rest of the fat, got the beer gut and love handles that just wont go, the rest of me looks rather built, have had lots of comments, and upped my bench to 335. I have already changed Diet and workout routines a couple times for 10 week periods with little to no results. Currently Eating Vegan (go ahead make fun but I feel great and will still kill a pig to make a football).

So my buddy says that on my diet that I should run a Test, Tren, and winstrol cycle and that should shred the rest off. He is not the healthiest of people so would just like some other input.

Thanks in advance

X2.. totally agree carbs still high for a cut cycle.. good advice+1 bro... I'm cutting right now and my calories are down around 2000 and i take in almost no carbs then have a reload day at the end of the week.. I'm one of those people who feel terrible on low carbs but I deal with it for as long as I can then carb up..I think on my low days I'm around30 to50 grams mostly dairy and veggies no fruits really

I’m the same way. Carbs are life man, but I’ve cleaned up my diet and I’ve noticed two things.

1) I’ve been feeling way better both physically and mentally since limiting carbs as much as possible, and adding in an abundance of organic veggies on a full color spectrum. I’ve also switched to organic, pasture raised, grass fed meats (god I sound like a hippie twat saying it) and don’t feel bloated or lethargic as much either. The price still gets me, but I’ve subbed in more veggie based proteins to compensate for less meat based proteins. I’ve learned how much stress can wear one down when you don’t have a constant source of carbs at your disposal

2) I tend to run out of energy when doing more strenuous days either at work or at the gym since reducing carbs. It sucks, but I just add in another coffee when I get home to help me get through the evening. I’m hoping once my body fully adjusts to the new diet it gets easier. I tend to have a lenient carb day on saturdays where I eat more carbs in the form of grains and wheats, similar to how you carb up.

All my carbs come from veggies and fruits and dairy, with some sprouted grains thrown in. It really amazes me how much fruit and veggies you can pound down and still barely manage to move the needle on carb intake.
