+ 3 Cycle planning reminders

ad

One of the most exciting things in the athletic/bodybuilding/fitness world is reaching one's genetic potential and making the decision to step into the world of aas. There are so many reasons one may choose to use steroids, hgh, peptides, etc. however, all of these compounds have one thing in common for all users, they all must be cycled properly!

When planning a cycle it is imperative to know and understand what you are putting into your body. Research, research, research! Ask other users who have used what you are planning to run then research some more. For instance if you are new to using Anadrol then start your research by searching eroids. Ask other members for their experiences (good and bad), side effects, gains, etc. Find out what supplements to take to combat side effects and ask more members what worked for them. There is a plethora of information for various compounds all over the web, but be careful that you are getting the correct information. If you aren't sure or find something conflicting ask!

Now that you thoroughly understand the compound(s) you are cycling its time to get your ancillaries which serve to alleviate/prevent/protect against side effects while on cycle. Aromatase inhibitors, dopamine agonists, SERMs, cycle support, supplements, liver protection, vitamins, etc are all important when running a cycle. An aromatase inhibitor should always be on hand in case of estrogen related sides. Even if you are running the driest compound known to man that doesnt convert to estrogen, you still need to have one on hand. In the underground world there is no guarantee that you will always 100% receive the compound that is advertised. Human error is abundant and mislabeled products can end up in your cycle unintentionally or because a supplier wanted to make a few extra bucks. Regardless, being prepared can save you a lot of trouble.

Last, but certainly not least if you are not on trt then your cycle IS NOT complete without a full PCT. Pct must be done to conclude your cycle and ensure you keep your gains along with recovering your bodies natural hormonal balance. The main reason why we use PCT is to get our bodies to produce testosterone on its own again. Any steroid no matter how "mild" it is absolutely requires a full and extensive pct of approx 6-8 weeks to ensure proper recovery. Bloodwork is the only way to make sure you have recovered properly. On a side note since we are talking about pct... Never use HCG during post cycle therapy!

Next time you are planning a cycle remember to ask questions, cover all your basis, and for Gods sake dont be cheap and try to get away with a budget cycle. Thanks!

Another great cycle planning reminder is to be dialed in and on point 100% already.

I say this because so many people believe gear is a magic bullet to a muscle bound fantasy land where gains can be made overnight and with little effort.

Unless your diet and training is full go, dialed up, and locked in already BEFORE you even attempt to run anything then you are just wasting your time and risking your health.

So many people wait to fully commit to their diet or their training regiment until after they get on. This is simple laziness. The idea that "Once , I'm on , Ill just turn it on" is nonsense ego talk.

Unless you are committed to training like a madman and eating properly and religiously first , there is literally no point in using compounds other than you are lazy, want it now, and are unwilling to put the real work in.

Plus, bloodwork is crucial BEFORE anything exogenous should be introduced to your body. Bloodwork before, during, and post is critical in taking ownership over your actions. Anything other is guesswork and assumption.

Great post in general, great advice to research and to do what most dont... use the magnifying glass! A + from me.

However, and just for discussion; Even if you are running the driest compound known to man that doesnt convert to estrogen, you still need to have one on hand.
Thats just not true, and i say that respectful of the work out into your post and the great overall message. It is just not not true.

Run a cycle where you dont create excess estrogens and you will never ever need an ai or da. Its really that simple. There is ZERO use for an ai if you dont have excess compound to aromatise. People are slowly starting to cotton on to this but perpetuating myths is not good. There are too many people out there, hurting themselves with ai's and da's needlessly.

Also hcg can, as a part of a protocol, be run if needed, to the point where the SERM becomes clinically active. Steadystate is 1 thing, clinical response is another. And yes, at the point of pct the most true reason to run hcg is simply to prove the primary system works, however, until the SERMS are getting to the point of being effective hcg can safely be used to retain testicular function and size etc.

I definitely appreciate your reply 100%! Thank ypu brother. I probably worded that wrong as i was saying that no advertised aas is a 100% sure fire guarantee of receiving what the label says. For example i 100% agree that halo, tbol, etc dont need an ai at all as they can't aromatize. My point in directing an ai to be on hand was only a precautionary measure if one of those more expensive compounds is faked with say dbol for example. They would be better off with having an ai on hand for this reason only. Mislabeling etc. I should have maybe explained that better, but thank you again!

As for hcg, it definitely has a place for stimulating the leydig cells and kickstarting the process so to speak. I use it 4 weeks prior to starting my PCT. So i guess a pre pct primer. However, if one was to use hcg throughout their entire pct they are still mimicking LH which keeps the body in a constant negative feedback not allowing the body to do it on its own. So again, yes youre right, i really need to word things better!

Very good! And point taken. There was a fella on here not so long ago who was taking winny instead of an ai. It wasnt even faked iirc, just bottles wrongly, so yeah point taken, with ugl anything is possible! +

Yes sir! In fact i know the guy you are speaking of. Thats just the nature of this business for us. Who the hell knows half the time what we are getting from across the pond. In fact that was a partial reason for my post due to his mishap.

Idk bro i just dont want people to get hurt. Gear has become so readily available and at the click of a button. Too often guys buy some test and an oral and think, "alright i have my whole cycle planned out", but then come pct or a problem occurs during mid cycle they are freaking out and needing guidance. This could all be avoided by simply using proper preparation and asking questions. Spoon feeding is enabling laziness! If someone doesnt care enough to research and fully understand what compounds they are putting in their body then that is on them and no one else. This happens much too often though which is why i hope that newer members or guys stepping into this world can just be patient and learn from my and others experiences/posts. As always this is a marathon, not a sprint. Thank you again for your replies sir.
