+ 1 Pick your Cycle Wisely
Pick your cycle wisely.
It seems to be the fad over the last couple years to just throw as many compounds together and call it a cycle. Truth is, there's a lot of good cycles out there. But, know what compounds to use together, what type of compounds you're using and how you respond to each of them. Not everyone responds the same way. Not everyone gets the same results, and not everyone developes the same sides.
A few little tips for those who are new to using:
Always start with a single compound- Testosterone is the best place to start before jumping to multi compound cycles
When choosing compounds make sure they meet your goals (some steroids are wetter and some drier)
Understand what ancillaries you need to have on hand DO NOT WAIT TILL ITS NEEDED
When Using orals understand that what they do to your body, how long to use them, and the possible side effects
You guys can add more, I just wanted to throw a few things out there. I keep seeing these kids start their cycles off with extremely high dosages of many different compounds. Often they only know the name but nothing else about it.

I've said it a hundred times on this site. As someone who peruses YouTube regularly I see so many so-called Fitness Experts or steroid experts throwing all sorts of shit together. It may be a good cycle for an advanced user who has been doing this for 20 years but not for the guy who's been working out 2 years and decides hey I'm going to try gear let's see what the guys on YouTube say a lot of them do not put disclaimers up saying this is an advanced cycle or if they do they portray it in such a way that there are no negative side effect in the poor bastard only goes off of what he sees on YouTube does not do any real Research into possible side effects. Now I'm not saying every personality on YouTube is like this I know of a couple that give responsible advice and suggestions but the younger guys are not all about restraint and living up to the saying less is more they're more interested in doing Bostin Lloyd type dosage because they think it will get them jacked quicker. Fucking yolo bulslhit
Use a fucking aromatise inhibitor.....ffs.
Seen it alot lately.
You cant skip on your ai!
Ive seen this trend of ppl thinking they can get away without one, they start getting high estro and gains stall so they up the juice dose, gain for a week and stall again- you cant play chicken- the estro will continue chasing test no matter how high you go- the higher you go the worse it gets ive seen cunt go up to over 2grams a week and not gain due to no ai!
We dont advise it for fun or just to be cunts, its a very important fkn part of your cycle- extremly.
Its simple- you want a good cycle, good continuous gains, get that ai in there and learn when and how to use it.
I think some folk think we say it just to be " safe" no! Its for YOUR benefit.
Mixed emotions when reading this..... sorta like.... sorta like your first born coming to you and saying; dad I'm joining your gym.... to do crossfit!
Your hearts in the right place...... but why in gods name are we accepting wet vs dry...... why is it a given re: sides. .. why are ancillaries so important... why jump from 1 compound to multi''s.... and all when advising newbies???
Why arent we thinking differently about all of this stuff?
<\Rant>
Maybe I read it as I would intend it, but it seems like he's just saying start with test only and don't fuck with anything else until you know what it is. In theory by that point they're no longer newbies if they started with just test for the first couple cycles, so it makes sense to me.
Other than that he said be researched and educated and have ancillaries on hand in case you need them. Also pretty on point.
I take wet vs dry as aromatizes or doesn't, maybe even bind aromatise, right? Just a phrase. Not that you can't be dry on deca but it certainly doesn't dry you out. So I'm ok with that too. (Although that's really more for the stage guys)
All seems on target to me. Not a bad reminder, although it's also what we always say so really nothing new.
I don't hate it. Hearts in the right place and he's right as far as I'm concerned. (Assuming the intent is how I interpreted it).
And if the overall message is don't just go fuckin with shit to fuck with it and keep it simple. I'm on board.
lol this is why i called it a rant!
As I said his heart is in the right place, so I like the sentiment and commend him for that.
My rant is more so aimed at what I see as a general acceptance of sides being part and parcel of the gig. Not a criticism of any 1 individual, but us all in a way.... and I put myself squarely under that magnifying glass too.
Don't get me wrong, I amnt suggesting that it's not prudent to have an Ai in the arsenal... what I am saying, is there has to be a better way of doing things.
See, if we are getting hit by 'wet' sides then we are doing something wrong wrt; dosing for example. I am speaking purely from the viewpoint of getting things done optimally. For example, if something like dbol only makes people bloat or hold water when used in combination with testosterone.... then why is it recommended at all (the combo)?
Now I know you will say we are all different, individuals metabolise things differently and so on, and that we need to find what works for us and stick with it (and you would be 100% right!!!).... but all we have to do, to realise there is something very wrong with how we are doing things in general, is to look at the list of forum posts here on eroids, or other forums where every other post is about sides or having to dial in Ai or DA or whatever support...
I think much of it is backwards, cookie cutter approaches... and more importantly is treating symptoms rather than root cause.
For example; is it better for me to dial in my Ai on a 750mg test only dose, or am I better to dial in my test dose until I do not need an Ai? Is it about choice, really.... are the benefits of 750 so much better than say 200 that I should get the supports in place - Ai, blood pressure controll or whatever other support is needed to treat potential symptoms.... or do I optimise the min effective dose....
I guess I think it's a societal issue in a way, and we have learned from the pharmaceutical industry via the medical system how to approach meds/symptom treatment
Like I say.... it's a total rant, the ravings of a deranged madman who drank too much Bordeaux on a Friday night! Definitely not directed at OP
Actually a good rant, and some good advice. The norm has become a gram of test a week and most don't see a difference in gains from half that. What they do see is many more sides.Higher estro and then much more difficult recovery. It's much better to let the work and food build the muscle, but too many want the magic potion.
Yeah Ive noticed that too. Like many, Im guilty of running silly cycles in the past. I can honestly say that as I lowered doses the gains became more retainable, I think through having top spend less time on sides and water/fat gain etc.
Yup, you are 100% correct, everyone wants a magic pill. It doesnt exist, its hard work, hard eating and taking where possible, an simple but intelligent approach to these things
100% brother.
I agree with that. Over the year's there are so many people I talk to that truly have no knowledge. For example they may take test and masteron. They have no clue what it really does. They don't have a clue about estrogen conversion. Then when I ask about what they eat they tell me they eat a few times a day. That it's hard with there work schedule. The way I see it is there's no point unless you have diet, training and knowledge down to a t. Everybody just wants to be big.
I'll admit, when I 1st starting thinking about using aas I had no idea how important diet was. I knew I had to get some protein but that was it. Fortunately for me I began aas when I was old enough to know, listen to the guys who have been doing this for a long time. Because I am one of the guys who has done things for a long time (not aas)and I explain to people I council how to not make mistakes. Whether they listen or not is on them. I understand now that the gear is just one part of the puzzle, everything else has to fit together just right to put a beast together.
Jay, its funny you say that about protein. I own a chain of health food stores and constantly get asked about protein. Most people thing protein is the single key to a diet. They fail to realize how to diet to their goals. they think protein is the end all be all, instead of realizing its just a piece of the puzzle.
I think it has to do with the way muscle building and fitness is portrayed to those not entrenched. You see all these protien bars and drinks at the convienice store and associate the protien in them with either being an ok substitute for a meal or just some more protien to build muscle. How about a macro bar? It has carbs fats and protiens all properly proportioned. There could be a bulker bar, cutter bar, recomp bar. Anyway, it could get people talking about the fact that we need more than protien to build muscle.
P.S. if you start selling the bulker bar in your stores, I want royalties. Lol!! Or at least a box of them
YOLO baby!! 3cc's always. Screw tomorrow when I can be big today.
Mentality of some a certain age. They know what is best for themselves and will not listen to those who have been there, done that.
I do agree, start with test. Figure out how it reacts with your body then go from there. If a person can achieve what they desire using 500mg test a week thats what they should stick with. Unfortunately tjere are so many assholes on Youtube going on about using this that and the other so thats what impressionable younger people see and think thats what they should do as well. And like I just said in another post. Those Youtube asshole arent all talking about consequences of using ridiculous amounts of gear.
Ya, ive experimented over the years and have had wasted cycles because trying a new compound and my body doesnt like it and usually what happens is my appetite goes to shit. So i stick to test npp for bulks and
i rarely cut but prop var provi is my favorite, sometimes ill add tren but it kills my appetite to the point where i cant even get all the cals in for my cutting diet. Once you find what works just stick to it. Nothing sucks more then wasting 8-12 weeks because your body doesnt like the compound, or the gears underdosed. Cant get time back.
Mmm I've just rediscovered NPP again - forgot how good it is for a strong appetite and recovery ability.

backonroidsGreat links +
That's why I love eroids brother there's such a wealth of information here it's good that someone does a post like this once in awhile though just to remind the noobs it's here
backonroidsJust My opinion , I Would have liked to see more detail in the post started off strong but then seemed more of a rant towards the end .
I can understand the angle your coming from in the last couple of posts and respect that , I would maybe just spend a little bit more time on posts in the future and concentrate on the details.
+1 for the contribution , keep them coming
