-1 "Top 5 bodybuilding supplements" - Which ones are necessary?
ad
I finished reading about the Top five supplements for bodybuilding and their effects/benefits
The 5 supplements are whey protein, creatine, BCAA's, multivitamins and L-Glutamine
Out of the list, I only take whey protein and creatine. Are the other 3 necessary? Are multivitamins really needed if i eat a lot of fruit and vegetables during the day

Living4ThePumpFor me Creatine, Fish Oil, a good Multivitamin, Vitamin D3, if needed Whey Protein and EAAs.
I like that glutamine is on the list, a lot of people ignore glutamine but it can really help preserve your gains
My top 5
1. Any good Pre-workout or coffee
2. Lots of protein from food sources
3. Lots of Vegetables
4. Lots of Complex Carbs
5. A little bit of Good Fats
Creatine, carnitine, multi, ala, free acid hmb if no gear
Multi, liver support/tudca, eaa, intra carbs, digestive enzymes with gear
HMB- free acid
Phosphatidic acid
Both activate MTOR
Creatine, of course
Phosphatidic acid and Leucine - 2 valuable separate sides of a coin

Multi, BCAA, Fish Oil, Protein and Lots of Real Food
I'll probably be told I'm over doing it but my vitamin cabinet looks like this: vitamin c, vitaman e, b12, fish oil, glutamine, L arganine, and I take a calcium supplement. Of course I have my BCAA powder that I mix with my protein shakes. Now I haven't cycled any AAS in a couple years (looking to get back soon) however in my opinion I think you have to find the right supplementation for yourself with these type of items and maximum natural gains before you start taking any AAS. I do vary how I take them but combining these with a 6 meal a day diet I've had great success.
Do a simple basic research and know about bodybuilding supplements. Lot's of tips and articles around the web which definitely help you. Even for myself I do that every time. However, you can try for "Healthy Self Programs" for body building https://www.healthyselfprograms.com/top-5-legal-steroids-build-muscle-20...
This can help you to reach your goal. Good luck!
RustyhookerDon't you research at all?
Tarasoft11i did research
Tarasoft11of course
TeammarkoutI thought glutamine was useless. Maybe you need a lot of it.
Should be getting plenty of it just through your normal diet, especially if you are supplementing with whey.
I use all but Glutamine, but Im far from a bodybuilder. Im just a Dude that likes to move heavy stuff and be swole.
Tarasoft11same me too
Tarasoft11thanks
Richard.SimmonsI use multivitamins,Aminos,Bcaa's. Fruit and veggies are also good to fill up on great sources of fiber. Little fact for yea broccoli in general has protein. Calorie for calorie, there is more protein in broccoli than steak. I don't like it so I don't eat it ;-(
Lol 3 grams of pro in 100 grams of broccoli vs 25 grams of protein in 100 grams of steak. I'd rather do less chewing for my food; oh god that would be a truckload of broccoli
