Clomid vs nolvadex for elevated sperm count

I'm getting conflicting information from two different doctors,one has me on clomid to increase my sperm count but another is telling me I should switch to nolvadex,that it is better at increasing FSH.Any info would be appreaciated.

Take 3000mg-5000mg daily of L Carnitine on empty stomach too.
Mr.JayHcg and clomid would be best for increasing sperm count. Also hmg like that other guy said.

I always say hcg , hmg , clomid to elevate sperm counts.
Ummm they are two different compounds! What's your blood work look like right now? I'm assuming you ran a cycle recently? For giving advice you really need to know it's going on with your body to tell you which compound is going to help you more. Plus what exactly is your goal? To raise your testosterone level? Or just a sperm count?
We'll both would be great.Currently I am on clomid 50 mg a day plus HCG 1000 iu every other day.I am under the care of a fertility doctor that had prescribed the above. I spoke with my old anti aging doctor and he suggested that nolvadex was better at increasing LH , FSH and sperm count.I had never heard that.I thought that nolvadex was good at blocking estrogen but clomid was better at elevating the others.
Obviously you know that clomid and nolva are both serms but they act in differernt ways so both are essential for a PCT. Nolva is better at boosting LH and clomid is better at boosting FSH.
thank you for posting.I had asked you in another post if it was beneficial to take both,but never got a response.this was the exact info I was looking for.Ive done test and tren for years and now at 47 my wife wants a baby.Im 47 not her.I went to a fertility specialist and every step of the way Ive been getting this feeling that he has no experience with this situation.Ill add the nolva and hope for the best.Thank you for adding you expertise.
