I just received a bottle of tamoxifen from a fairly reputable source promoted here. When I took it out of the packaging it seems to have crystallized a little around the top of the bottle and the white solute is all clearly separated up top while all the blue liquid is on the bottom. Shaking profusely doesn't seem to mix it at all. Previous purchases of tamox have all been a consistent clear blue liquid. Is this recent occurrence unusual, and should I ask for a refund/exchange? Thanks for any advice!

Edit: examining more closely, there's like half a centimeter of the white stuff sitting on the bottom of the bottle as well.
