+ 1 New to Steroids need some advice!

ad

Hello people. I will be 24 years old (5'10) in a couple weeks. I have been weight lifting since I was 16, so about 8 years. I weighed 120 pounds when I first started training. Peaked at 200 pounds (dirty bulk) and I am currently a leaner 180-185 pounds. I am pretty sure I have reached my genetic potential, due to my long term dedication, testing of diets etc. I was waiting to hit 24-25 years before I started to consider taking steroids. That time is now!

So I had a couple questions, I will start with the basics:

  • What would you recommend a first timer who is looking to gain like 15-20 lean pounds max in 2-4 months? I was thinking Test Enanthate (Preferably something not to strong).
  • Which steroid would allow me to maintain most of my gains once I cycle off/how do I maintain gains once I cycle off (If I can maintain even half of the 15-20 pounds that would be great.
  • Lastly I'm based in New York and would appreciate any referrals to where I can get my blood work done, cheap.

Note: I only plan to use steroids once to hit my 200+ pound lean mass goal.

Thanks in advance!

Train hard, diet healthy, and sleep your body will change and you will still be healthy as hell at 25 with no worries about what to take with what and how to keep it after. For now at that age i would just do those 3 things.

I know what you really meant to say was, "I only plan to use steroids once I turn 25 and a half, and hit my 200+ pound lean mass goal.

Indicate otherwise in any forum, review, or post, and I'll have you banned.

I don't think you have reached your genetic potential. In fact I feel just the opposite. You should see good, quality gains over the next 3 to 5 years without touching ANY AAS at all. I recommend you look into different training approaches, as the body needs to be kept off gaurd. The site is full of great advice, and while no one is discouraging you from staying and learning, you won't find advice here on how to run gear because simply put, you're too young for it.

Also, look at your diet. This is a great time to go more in depth into your specifics of your diet, such as macros, and REALLY dial it in. Strategic eating with a good clean diet and a refreshed training plan will prove to you that your plateaus havent even been scratched yet. The harder you work, the more you will gain. Really focus on learning EVERYTHING you can about lifting and eating, and I bet in a year from now, if you come back on or stay on as a member, you will thank all of us for suggesting you stay off of AAS.

Knowledge really is power my friend, the more you know, the more you will grow. Good luck!

We don't condone steroid use at that age on this site.

It's against the rules and also dangerous for him.....please don't give anyone bad advice

You should have listened to those who have been here longer than you before you dug your heals in to try and buck our eroids culture ...now you are truly dead.

To be honest mate a lot of members will try and discourage steroid use altogether.

But anyone 25 or under.....ABSOLUTELY no steroid advice.....only diet/training mate.

Just use common sense mate and welcome to eroids.

I agree with what BigSwole said plus I'd add that to think u can gain 15-20 lean mass first cycle(or any cycle) your kidding your self. You may gain 15-20 but a lot of that would be water bro. Actual lean muscle gain, be happy with 2-4 pounds and u can keep that after cycle given diet and training are on point. Most important thing I can tell someone new to AAS is that this is a test in patience. To build mature quality muscle, time is what it takes. Years at that. But that's not to discourage u. If you determined to this lifestyle you can get there. Also no that AAS isn't the means to the end. AAS is simply the "icing on the cake". Follow? Hard work, diet, rest will get u to achieve your goals. Food is the most anabolic thing there is. More food and the right food will help u pack it on, not AAS. Its important not to get that fact backwards. Good luck bro.

Thanks SlowBro, it is much appreciated. I made the edits as well. I first did extensive research on steroids a couple years back, but I am only getting back into it and I completely agree. Reading up on the literature is key. As far as my natural gains I have never been able to achieve 200 pounds lean even on a strict diet. I played on a national level Rugby team, had a personal trainer, slept 7-8 hours everyday etc. and it wasn't until I began a dirty bulk that I easily jumped to 200 pounds and lost a lot of lean mass in the process.

As far as the correct age, I have been getting mixed responses. My friends personal trainer told me 24-25 and most other people on forums have told me 24. So I am just trying to figure out how big the difference is within that year gap

first off, this is a steroid review site. look at the front page and there are hundreds of places to buy steroids with reviews of steroid quality and service. secondly, talking about where to buy steroids is against the rules on the forums, keep it to the sources pages.

i agree you should wait to use steroids until you build up yourself a bit more naturally. at your height you should be able to push 200-220 naturally no problem. there are a lot of resources out there that will help you answer the questions that you asked. you need to research and read up as much as you can before diving into steroids.

and in general, below 25 years old is too young to run steroids. your natural test should be at decent levels before that time and if you start steroids too young you risk long term side effects such as placing yourself at a higher risk for needing TRT.
