At what stage did you see sides/results?

1st Var only cycle and curious at what stage everyone seen sides and results? I know everyone is different but a general idea would be helpful for anyone researching. I'm 8 days in, 126lbs, 5'3",10%bf, 1800 kcal, 180p, 145c, 45f.. train 6 days, hiit cardio 5-6 days 400 calorie burn...I feel more solid than I ever have but I can say that's just from consistency at this point..

I'm also on my first var cycle and it's been 4 weeks for me and I'm concerned with whether I got bunk var or not. Have you noticed any improvements since this post? Wondering how long it took you to really notice results/sides.

keep in mind that there are compounds that people do not respond to doesn't necessarily make your stuff bunk

I didnt see results untill weeks ! But im naturally super lean and struggle to put muscel on ... im currently been on it for 12 weeks amd eating 1500 to 2000 cals a day and still feel i want to grow a little more .

it's true. after all these years I still don't know how to get people to understand that they still have to eat enough food to support/maintain new muscle growth ....

I can see and feel the difference within day's. Just feel harder, thicker, stronger with muscles getting full quicker while lifting. I don't have any other sides, guess I'm lucky. Personally, I up my cal's and drop most of my cardio and lift as heavy as possible while taking var in order to add muscle. I'm not sure what your intent is for taking it but its going to be tough to add muscle on 1400cals, that seems more like a cutting diet to me.

I'm at 1800 kcal.. I reversed to that coming off competionand wanted to hold there till 2 weeks to see how I responded before I raised my intake.. I have every intention of raising them but wanted to get a baseline 1st..

What is your daily caloric max intake? What's your macros look like?

1800 cal 180p, 170c, 45f was going to hold it there for 2 weeks to get a baseline idea.. then raise it up again once I see how I respond

This is my 1st cycle and 10mg split twice a day.. I competed in Figure this year and did well but decided to spend the rest of the year building and improving my conditioning.. as soon as I figure out how to upload a pic I will get it up..
