This just shows you what goes wrong for a big percentage of people when they're bulking. That represents nowhere near the amount of food you should be consuming but folks genuinely think that will suffice. What's detailed above is full of sugar, even late in the day and is full of empty calories? You want to be big? Eat more. When you're finished eating more, go back for a second helping.

How these guys turn to gear without the nutrition aspect in check is mind-numbing. I see alot of pussyfooting with what it takes to bulk. Guys afraid of putting on a few pounds a fat. And the real kicker that they legitimately really don't know the reality of how much food it takes.

But I got my 6 compounds at high doses so I'm bound to get jacked.

I get youngsters asking me about supplements amd nutrition at the gym. I'm sure the majority of them think I'm taking the piss when I tell them how much I eat. Half of them eat a couple of decent meals, pour a couple a protein shakes down their throat and can't work out why they weigh less than 200lbs. Even my 8 year old daughter can work it out. When her teacher asked her what her dad eats she answered "everything he can every 2 hours".

It's not rocket science.

Cmon Cat, they don't wanna get "Too big."

Out of curiousity, are people accross the pond scared of putting on fat the way they are over here? I was helping one kid (seemed semi-decent, just finish HS) adjust his eating habits, and when he realized how many carbs he would be consuming he immediarey went "no no no, that's going to make me gain fat with muscle, I want just lean muscle." And all of a sudden he became super resistant to any kind of advice I gave him. This kid weighed 164lbs, was my height, but didn't want to put on a couple lbs of fat on his way up.

And then it hit me (I think). I could totally get this guy to 200lbs within a few months, but he would have no fucking idea how to cut down from there. He would have absolutely no way of then readjusting and losing a few lbs of fat to get to a decent looking ~190. I think that is what really scares people, they can't manage themselves.

Crazy huh?

How bout this one." I can't seem to gain weight". Then when you tell em how much they have to eat it's,"But I don't want to put on any fat"

Dude if your a "hardgainer" like you think you are, then losing weight (fat) is fucking easy for you!!!

I lose weight if I miss a meal.

Same here brother, losing weight is the easy part... It's an un winnable battle with these cats... They want a way to achieve their highly specific results in a way that doesn't stray from how they think it should be achieved. They don't understand that they can get the results they want, they just have to put up with a few "unwanted" sides on the way there... i swear guys have lost both testicles sometime in the past half century.

Come the end of summer some of those cats will probably just resort to old habits, especially of cycle. Most don't have the heart to so what it takes 365

my bulking diet looks like this-

meal 2- 2 bananas, peanut butter sandwich, 90 gram pure unflavored protein shake in water.

lunch- 500 grams of tuna, 2 carrots, 2 tomatoes, quarter lettuce, half a cucumber, 100 grams of cubed mature cheddar cheese, 3 shotties of olive oil, 2 pieces of whole grain bread.

meal 4- 200 grams of white pasta, 100 grams of beef mince, tomato sauce, ten grams bcaas in water, variety of vitamins.

dinner- 350 gram porter house or scotch fillet steak, 250 grams mashed potato, quarter broccoli, 200 grams spinach, 200 grams mixed vegetables, gravy.

meal 6- 350 gram fruit salad, 150 grams vanilla ice cream, 90 grams of pure unflavoured protein powder in water, variety of vitamins.

i drink 3 litres of water a day, vitamins include milk thistle, vitamin e and vitamin c, b complex, multi vitamin, saw palmetto, krill oil, co q10, hawthorne berry extract etc.

night time, i take a litre of water, and litre of full cream milk with me and have on my bedside table, they are empty by breakfast, ill sometimes have a banana in the middle of night also, the tuna can sometime change to diced chicken breast, and the white pasta to rice, this is basically my bulking diet, it can slightly vary, as you can see, a fair amount of food mate, bulking requires macros and calories! when people say eat, they mean it
