Communication was really good as live chat was able to answer all of my questions. When live chat wasnt available I got a reply on the same day or the day after. Also was updated regularly throughout the order.

comms have been great lately again actually.i contacted the rep here the begining of the week with a issue that i didnt really expect to be helped with bc it wasnt something that was particular their fault in most ways but a member said just try so i did {ty again bro} and he went above and beyond and totally took care of the whole issue and solved it in a few pm's.now thats service. if anyone wants to know the details ill gladly share them.
ta is always about 2 weeks an as you most know isnt bad at all for int.
all in all a very positive experience with them and am glad to see them back after whatever it was that happend a few months ago,now keep it up and stick around,we need ya.

The order was shipped a little later than expected, but the staff was always there to ensure me that everything was going accordingly except for some issues that were out of control. Very friendly staff and always responded promptly.
When it was shipped, it actually came much faster than the tracking info would suggest. The tracking said it was still being transported to my country when it already arrived. No complaints here.

I had placed an order with naps, and soon after they offered a great discount, i contacted their customer service to see if anything could be done. unfortunately nothing could be done, but they replied online, via chat, IMMEDIATELY, and they pretty much tried everything they could to help me, but it didnt work out. All in all, very very veryy happy with their customer service, speedy, to the point, no nonsense. 5 stars!
packaging was tight, discrete, and appropriately packaged to prevent any damage to the products enclosed.
highly recommended, one thing though (may not apply to others) but for my own experience, the sus270 (because of its high concentration causes some major PIP in the injection site) so glutes is highly recommended if you can manage that. but if you do quads like myself, hit it from the side, not on top, much less functional loss when done this way!

customer service is spot on every time I have a problem I just open up a ticket and they usually respond within a few hours.
standard shipping usually takes about 3 weeks or so.. But i recommend just getting the upgrade shipping if you do you will get your package within a week and half or faster. package was very discreet and secured. I've never received any broken items.
Highly recommend their GP products. For those on TRT you can try just doing a 6-12 week cycle of proviron at 25mg a day and makes a huge difference in your physique. I like more of a lean and dry physique.

+ 1I've been a customer for years now and I'm not going anywhere. Always receive my gear lightning quick and their products have always produced results for me. Last cycle was GP Sus/Tren E, SUS 1cc every 3rd day, Tren 2x week, Arimidex eod, stayed lean and still gained 5lbs and kept it after coming off. Went for the lean cut, Tren had me sweating my balls off but gave me killer strength and leaned me out. The Sus was killer, bangin the ole lady 3-4 times a week, couldn't get enough and thats not bad at 47. People dont believe how old I am because of how I look, thx Naps. Used GP Arimidex to keep the water at bay and no Gyno issues. Once again they were ridiculously quick, got my order within 15 days. Thanks again Naps you got a customer for life.

very belated review for naps.org as I just got some HCG off them for my 2nd order with them and forgot I did not review their products from my first order back in the summer (5 months ago) when my package was seized and I had to go through a lot of back and forth.
So this is a review for both orders, and I can confirm I did get both and I am happy with the products as below:
First order:
Alpha Pharma Boldenone 10ml vial
Alpha Nolvadex box
Alpha P testo rapid (tes prop) 100mg 10ml .
These products were genuine Alpha P ones which I had independently lab tested on a site elsewhere. All came up good. The EQ was used for 10 weeks and slow and steady gains and recomp. Im not a great dieter at times so maybe the product would have worked better if I was. but recommended. Like wise Test P did what it said as a base. I used 1ml a week.
The Nolvadex was to provide on cycle support again spot on
The second order was simply HCG5000iu x 3 organon. I have used one of the 5000iu vials as I needed to reverse slight shutdown and this worked very very fast within 7-10 days I felt the bollocks dropping and increased natural test production. Order arrived very fast
They have an excellent ticket system and attentitive staff. Despite the fact I placed my initial order at the absolute worst two weeks of the year (if u catch my drift) and had it seized and prior to that had had problems paying by WU.....YES I did receive my products reshipped and yes they worked great and yes I recommend them. The second order was just a simple one for HCG and it arrived very fast for this one I paid by bitcoins and had no hassle. So two orders both received and comms were good no ignoring me.
Discreet altho often the orders seems to ship seperatly which isn't ideal but I got the products no problem
Ok so there products do come from out of the country but they do their best to make sure they reach u on time. Recommened

Naps has always pulled through and I live in the US. shipping could take a while sometimes due to seizing of shipment but, they always resend and sometimes give you a little more on your order due to delayed shipment. My cycle was a Tren Ace and Test Prop cycle along with some clen and T3 form geneza pharm and it was my most successful cycle thus far. It has gotten me into the best condition I've ever been in.

I didn't really need to contact the support for anything. I have contacted them before for previous orders and they were always helpful and responsive. For my most recent order, I didn't have the need to contact them, nor did I even bother to track my package, it just arrived at my door.
The packaging was nice and discreet in an envelope, wrapped in bubble wrap and everything was in good condition.
I have made several orders through Naps and I have been very pleased with their service up until now. In the fine print of Naps, Naps reserves the right to substitute a product for the product you ordered, which in my case instead of getting amps I was provided bottles. The problem with this is say you have friends in the order and one is taking 35 amps another 25 etc. No one wants to split bottles, that is why we PaY to order from Naps.
Alpha Pharma Sustanon, Alpha Prop, Alpha Deca... all amps.. and was given bottles for all. All together it was hundreds of amps total so a GIANT mess now.

Edit 1: Here is the response I received from customer support.
"If seized the second time around, using the same address, we will not reship again or offer store credit."
So much for guarantee. And the package didn't even make it out of the country of EXPORT. I regret placing my order. It does not make sense that my address would be on a Chinese list, no way.
Edit 2: Now I'm being told that they may not guarantee reshipment if I get a new address. This situation keeps getting worse and worse.
