Would adding NPP to the last 4-6 weeks of my cycle be beneficial?

Currently I'm running a test prop/tren ace cycle 75mg/Ed.. I'm at about week 8 of the cycle and have got down to about 200 lbs 1010% bf starting at about 195 15% bf.. right now I'm looking to stay the same weight around but shed a few more lbs and get down to around 8-9%.. my strength gains has come to a hault and wondering if throwing in some NPP would help me achieve this goal? I've tried switching up
Routines and diets first but still seem to be stuck.. will adding NPP allow me still to get down to 8-9%? Or will it bloat me up
More? Im running Adex .25 ed because I've never had any gyno or estrogen related effects simply doing in case of any bloating.

No offense but if you have no estro sides why are you running Adex .25mg daily? Then at the same time question why your gains have come to a halt? I'd venture a guess and say it's possible that your low estro has done what it does to everyone else. Kill your strength gains. That's my thought here.

I honestly think you have already had a decent cycle if your results are truthful. You gained 5 solid pounds while losing 5% BF in 8wks. Sometimes you have to leave "well enough" alone.

The reason why I ran .25ed was because I felt like my face was getting that "moon shape" my face carries the least amount of bf on my body I could be at 15%+ and still have a jawline and such so when I was at 12% and below and noticed and bloating a bit I began to worry.. nothing gyno related though. I suppose this would be an estrogen related side though.

Do you have any recent blood work? It's not real typical for your strength to fall off a cliff sort of speak without there being a legit reason. Though .25mg is not a big dose it could be the daily dosing that might have your estrogen low. Just tying to look at all angles before considering alternative compounds bro

It depends on how much are you willing to risk to shred that 1-2 %bf. Adding 2nd 19-nor to the cycle will affect your recovery and at 26 I would not do it. Not worth it unless you are competing.
NPP itself can be used in cutting cycle but I don't believe it will help you loose the bf if anything else failed. I would just work on diet and cardio and leave te pharmaceuticals out if them. You are still young and playing with dangerous substances.

I mean I'd like to say in the 195-200 lb area.. and my lifts have literally come to a hault so instead of training 6x a week I switched to 4-5x a week and found this to be a little
More helpful cause I was constantly sore.

Sounds like overtraining. Altough we regenerate faster on cycle, you still have to listen to your body and give it time to rest and recover. It might be the reason why your progress stopped. Your muscles develop when you are out of the gym. Give them enough rest, feed them well and be patient. The results will come.

Adding in NPP isn't going to take you down to 8-9% BF. Hate to break it to you but it is all diet and cardio at this point. If anything I would be looking to implement an ECA stack at this point.

Yeah.. keeping Cals at about 2500/day and doing 20-30
Mins of cardio after every workout. Just implemented this recently though so hopefully this will help.
