Is it possible to get under 10% bf while not running a low carb diet?

I'm on tren ace right now/test prop 75mg Ed.. And have come to a stand still at 10% fb 200lbs at 6'.. Is it possible to get to 8% bf while still keeping my carbs relatively high around 200/day? Or is a low carb diet/carb cycling diet necessary?

Do not eat flour products for a while, or reduce their quantity to a minimum. And Cardio workout more.

If you have your macro,s straight, train consistent its possible (mind you 200 gr is already very low imo).
Only thing is the lower you go in carbs the more your training will suffer as your already in a deficit.
So if you have the time just try find the sweet spot and you will progress.
