-7 Top 3 reasons I have no idea what I'm doing

1) I lost a lot of muscle trying to diet fat off at unrealistic rates in a "keto" style diet not lifting weights relying on 3 hours of cardio a day ..
2) I was dieting on 2400 calories on cycle. After 2-3 days of eating 3400-3800 calories 350p 525c 60f I've noticed my body burn more fat then I had in a week of "dieting" ..
3) I make posts on here and argue with you guys lol ..
I'm about to start my 600mg cycle and ride it solo for a few weeks before linking up with a prep coach. I woke up this morning at lean 169lbs. On my way to a lean 200lbs. Appreciate the time you guys take to answer every post someone makes.
