What would be the best way to raise my karma? And the fastest way to raise karma? Trying to get to karma of 10.

One sure-fire way to gain MASSIVE karma is to become a source..... then completely melt down, taking the hard-earned money of a lot of innocent victims who had nothing to do with your addiction to coke and hookers... then return later on with some really great promos and giveaways.
However... if you have any sense of decency and compassion, take the knowledge you have (whatever area that may be in, and try to help other people here. That's what eroids was based on from the beginning--- helping people. If you can do that, then you're a valued member here and worthy of karma.
If you send Richard.Simmons nudes he will give you 10 karma points for everyone!

Testrogen_PropC...For the life of me I can't understand why you'd get jealous over somebody else getting karma, but I can tell you that mine went from 3 to 50 something in around 2 weeks just from putting out good info to stop others from fucking themselves up with steroid mis-use, as well as just from generally being somewhat open minded and not being a complete toolbag. (Although I still have my moments)
Part of me is wondering if this whole "somebody gave somebody 50 karma in 1 sitting" is you referring to when viking got me up over 50 karma, but if it is I was already in the 40s before it, and I'll be damned if somebody is going to follow anybody around the forum and click +1 50 times. I'm beginning to think that karma amounts to who you know. Originally, i thought that it was all about your positive contributions to the site - forums, reviews, original posts and so forth. But then, just recently, I saw one member give another 50 karma points for no particular reason, other than they knew each other. Just think - get a few guys together who know each other - giving each other 50+ points - pretty soon you can have 1000+ karma for doing fark-all other than promoting each other. So - it appears that karma really isn't any indication of a member's contributions - it's more about who knows/likes who. On one level - I don't care - it's just the internet and it's not important - on another level - I do care because I am playing by the rules, but so many others aren't. Maybe there should be a limit on karma that can be given, say up to 5, that way people have to actually earn the big points they have.
Someone can not give 50 karma points for a singular post. The individual would have to follow the other around and up vote upto 50 posts to achieve that.
That being said, What you've described we call karma whoring. Those caught doing so get all of their karma stripped from them, sometimes more.
You've only been here for a few months. Most of those with high karma have been here as far back as 2011.
It's like compounding interest; give it some time, it'll grow.
Thanks for the reply - I have a screen shot of the event - wouldn't be hard to see if I am wrong...but hey - I guess that it's really not important. I like this site - I will just ignore a member's karma.
Pass the info along to one of us in PM and we'll look into it. It could be as you say, or, perhaps something else was going on that we did you are unaware of (restoring stripped karma for example).
