Now you have $16. In most countries of the free world, freedom of speech is seen as a right for individuals. In the USA, your forefathers valued it so highly that they listed it as the first amendment to your constitution –thus enshrining it in law. Freedom of speech implies that everyone has a right to express themselves without fear of persecution. Sadly, it appears that the notion has degenerated into certain groups of people within society attempting to silence those who might express opinions/thoughts/attitudes contrary to those groups. It seems that now, only those groups with the power or threat of intimidation are the only ones who can exercise freedom of speech. Others must conform or suffer the consequences. This forum is simply a micro version of how society is heading. I intend to continue commenting, ad infintum ad nauseum if need be. No-one’s opinion here is any more worthy than any other – regardless of the amount of karma they have. BTW – there is no “American Race” – you are not a specific ethnic group, you are a combination of many ethnic groups comprising a nation.

Well, you have to be based somewhere, and I'm guessing it's the good ol' USA. Regardless of being a 'stateless' website - there must some fundamental 'rights' that you accord. I am assuming that freedom of speech is one of them to some degree, otherwise no-one would be allowed to post anything unless it conformed to your beliefs, and from what I have observed, you guys are fairly open-minded, as opposed to a few of the members here..
