+ 24 Sticking to the basics
29 y\o who follows a strict protocol consisting of weight training and nutrition. Despite this, I felt like my progress had stalled naturally. In October 2025, bloodwork revealed that my total testosterone was 272 ng/dL, which led me to begin a TRT protocol.
Over the following four months, I gained approximately 30 pounds while seeing significant improvements in performance and physique. Early on, I struggled with estrogen management, even on 200 mg of testosterone per week. Adding Primobolan helped bring things into balance and resolved those issues. I later incorporated HGH as an additional tool to support recovery and help preserve muscle during a cutting phase.
Currently, I’m maintaining 184–185 pounds and am planning another growth phase this fall. The plan is to increase both testosterone and Primobolan, with the possibility of adding another compound depending on how progress and bloodwork look.
Weights
Start of gain phase November 2025 - 160lbs
Peak of bulk February 2026 - 193lbs
Current - 184lbs

Blessed!
"Cut phase... gain phase...bulk... & another growth phase "
Man , how many phases you got?
Regardless of what "phase" you are in , you look great. Have shown consistent solid progress & look ready to rock for the summer.
Gain, growth, bulk all mean the same thing to me, give me a break bro this wasn’t Peer reviewed! lol
I appreciate it man, feeling real good about the progress so far
We missed TRT phase lol. Good work my man!
Looking good man! Please for the love of god never wear flannel sweats again, have some fucking respect for your self ;)

Awesome work brother
Fucking sick brother
goals right here
Wow motivating. Huge difference in 1 year. Happy for you!
ROCK SOLID!!!!
Thanks for the kind words guys, it’s awesome to look in the mirror and see the results of the hard work.
With that being said health is a top priority for me, hence the “less is more” approach I’m taking. So far, beside the e2 issues all of my markers have been in range, I even improved HDL after 6 weeks on primo.
Sick transformation!
This is how it's done. Less is more. I've always thought the common dosages you see around are not optimal, people forget overall health, less stress on the body = better results
Awesome progress brother! It looks like you have everything on point and are killing it, congrats!
Exactly what you are doing is the right way and you will be able to keep most if not all of your gains. Keep up the good work and thanks for looking good, its nice eye candy..
Solid work, Big !
This is what happens when you start low, make smart adjustments, and focus on progression instead of throwing the whole pharmacy at the problem.
A well-structured, progressive approach will beat a reckless kitchen-sink cycle more often than not.
Great work, Big bro !
Damn bro… what a transformation.
Looking good dude
Dude that’s sick progress off those low dosages! Interested to see how you would respond to higher mgs
I still want to stay somewhat conservative. The plan is 400 test and 300 primo this fall and see what bloods look like
That’s inspirational my man.. you packed on some muscle
Good work. Great progress with minimal gear indicating proper work ethic and nutrition. Stay consistent.
You’re killing it man!
Thanks bro!
