Blood Work Advice
Hey,
A month or 2 ago I posted my blood work after taking a foolishly high amount of Test, ever since then I lowered it to 125mg/week. Since then I have not done any blood work until last week. So as you can see my #'s are now back in tune EXCEPT for liver and estrogen levels. My Prolactin was high, that came down dramatically ever since lowering the dosage. I'm thinking the liver is affected because I'm also taking Modafinil for work purposes but I've also been told Test can also affect the liver. SO, since my estrogen is a bit high as shown below, what do I need to take, and for the liver?
I've noticed ever since taking Test I've lost quite a bit of fat.

@JoeyToronto, these lads below (Makawa & Irish Mack) aren't just showing you "tough love." They actually WANT you to succeed in your life, regarding your health, cycling smart, etc.
All too often, "bros" are simply cavalier with AAS use, then they're sitting in a doctors office feeling like shit and wondering why their endocrine system is fucked.
For you, you might feel like "everything is cool" when you're on testosterone, but every action has it's reaction. If doses are dangerous, or duration goes long, that's where serious endocrine system damage can occur, sometimes irreversible.
This site is full of men (and women) are very candid about their success AND failures. By avoiding the failures of others (like staying on 500mg test for six straight months, etc) you can succeed better than those who've come before you.
I'm rooting for you too. Keep us posted here on your progress, and as your experience grows, be sure to help others who can benefit from your knowledge!
JoeyTorontoI got the idea of going on test from people posting on forums and that they want the extra test even though they're at about average. However in any event there's a way to have a civil conversation without belittling and insulting someone. The only positive thing about taking it is the weight loss other than that I've not noticed anything different, I had more expectations such as getting more buff and strength working out. And all I had to do is eat more before working out. Now I just have fork out $280 to go on PCT after the exchange rate which I hope doesn't make my liver worse.
Here's the problem, I'm reading on internet everyone has their own workout plans and one says don't do it this way do it that way and everything you've done until now is wrong do it my way. Just look at the youtube.com videos. One guy says to loss fat work out in a fasted state, um I've tried that and it it doesn't work. Pre-workout drinks only give some energy. Everyone wants to be a star with their own workout plans and bashing other plans. What works for one doesn't for a other. Remember, I've only started weight lifting a year ago so thats why I research and look at these videos but it makes one go nuts with a the mixed messages of how and when etc.
I just want good muscle and not that fake steroid cartoon character look.
Better than any youtube videos

I don't think you will have anything to worry about. That only happens in cartoons anyway.
JoeyTorontoTHanx, Besides the usual Pre-workout drink what do experienced weight lifters eat before working out? If anything?
It is not what you eat immediately before your workout that is going to make any difference. What you eat 2-3 hours before your workout is the meal that is going to fuel your workout. That is when I like to get a good slug of complex carbs in me so the glycogen stores are filled to capacity. Then I like to consume BCAA's during my workout and immediately after get in a nice big meal with lots of carbs and protein. This is the meal I also like to eat simple carbs with (pasta, white potatoes, whatever).
JoeyTorontoOk, great. Thanx for the response. I'll try that.
JoeyTorontoForgot to ask, how long should I be on Test? I may be on it for way too long. If I needed to come off it, what would be the best PCT to be on?
Well, for starters you should have researched before you even took one single shot. Number 2 if you have been on that 500 a week longer then 12 weeks you better research an aggresive PCT because you are way passed a normal cycle. Im not much of a spoonfeeder so you need to start searching this site for answers to these questions.
Looking at your other posts Why in the FUCK are you on 150mg a week of test if your endo told you dont bother and you had normal levels? Are you fucking stupid or did you fall on your head too many times?
JoeyToronto125mg a week on Test for what may be too long. I've read Clomid and Nolvadex is a good PCT. I'm not into spoon feeding wither, just asking for an opinion or what works best. It's like researching for best car to buy, Consumer Reports says one thing, car owners who have had experience with the car say another. Not comparing Roids to cars, but experience and opinions.
For one I don't need the attitude perhaps its the roids.. Second unless I have really low Test doctors will never recommend to go on Test because they can be held reliable. Same with Roids. He did ask if I want to compete in a competition one day and I said No. Same with Avodart, no doctor will prescribe it to me unless I have a prostate issue but I use it for hair loss. Same with those who go on Roids and look like a cartoon character, you think a doctor would say "Sure go on it."

Is this 125mg/wk doctor prescribed? If not, being on the that dose even 1 wk is one week to long.
The minute you started injecting it was too long. Research aggresive PCT and hope you recover and if you do it might be a good idea to stay away from aas.
