+ 1 High Dose of Arimidex/Anastrozole.

ad

I have heard and read nightmare stories about estrogen crash from moderate amounts of Arimidex/Anastrozole. Only just 0.25 mg every day can cause people to be absolutely miserable and even just 0.5 can have people having trouble getting out of bed. That is why many people take only small amounts of over a long period of time.
With that being said, if you take a look at studies like these:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2266949/
https://ijpeonline.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1687-9856-2015-4
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25137428

They have kids taking 1mg every day. Many people would agree that this is an insane amount to take not only take everyday, but even every other day. I would also like to add that they take this consistent 1mg ED for years.

How are they able to take these much dosage? Isn't this a dangerously high amount? Does maybe the HGH somehow neutralizes the estrogen crash? What do you guys think

EDIT:
Btw this came up few weeks ago, how terrible it can be for men to have low estrogen: https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/pct-anti-estrogens/ai-users-ari..........

I would like to add that over a hundred people were tested and study concludes that they were fine. Even their bone density was good. Now, I doubt that they screened the test for only people that took Arimidex and Letrozole well. I Really wonder how they could survive taking 7mg of anastrozole every week for years! Doesn't that RUIN your body?

Medication reacts differently to people, factor in age, weight, height, and drug tolerance. And this is why we preach everyone should be getting blood work! No 2 people are metabolically the same so 1mg of adex for you might drop your estrogen to 30% as intended or take more. Anastrozole is the same that 2.5mg a day can drop you to zero in 4 days but might take even longer for it to work for me.

^^^^^^this. We are all so different. Take me for example. I can't even touch an AI even running 750mg of Test E per week without it giving me seriously low/crashed estro - I found that out the hard way. Dosing without blood testing. Now I always blood test and provi is normally enough for me. If I ever run d-Bol I would dose at 0.25mg twice a week but that's about it. The next guy would have all sorts of problems on a low dose test cycle without running an AI daily. Blood test for your health and peace of mind.

So for some people it's possible to not have a estradiol crash even after 1mg ED?

I suppose we could be over reacting with many of our reports on feeling like shit with crashed estrogen,

feeling a little sleepy, depressed and weak is not exactly feeling like death,

women in menopause deal with it, so do women taking these AI's for breast cancer. They dont feel great, but the deal

I've never felt like total shit from crashed estro, just a little sleepy and sluggish at the gym.
interesting studies you found, +1 for digging these up

Same with me, I just feel really tired and have a hard time getting a pump at the gym. I also notice that my skin looks a little paler and my hair gets brittle. But hardly death, and as long as it isn't crashed for long, it bounces right back. For me personally, I feel like too high of estro is worse. I experienced that from taking finasteride. It happened slowly over a few months, and just felt like absolute hell. I jumped on nolva which didn't reduce my estro, but got rid of the sides and I felt great--like I was on a cycle or something. Never again, always watching for signs and always have adex on hand.

How much do you take?

CBBurrr's picture

On my first cycle I crashed it with aro at 6mg a day,

I also dropped it too low on trt taking adex at .25mg e4d,

I did not confirm how crashed it was with bloods, so it may have just been a little low.
