Dianabol! Is it worth it???

ad

So in a little bit (little less than a month) im going to run a cycle of test and EQ. Now, i was planning on running dianabol with it as the oral For that extra push in gains and strength but didnt realise how high of an aromatization it has. Now i totally understand that i can just run an AI with my cycle but doesnt that lower the effects of testosterone as well, if so why even run the dianabolos... If im wrong in my thinking please ilet me know, thank you...

Read and take it in. If you want some help pm me and I'll point you in the right direction, gear is a very small fraction. You need to eat more..... portions need to be big carb dense meals and instead of three you need to start upping the meals to 4 then to 5 then to 6. It takes time. You need to train less also a day on a day off and don't spend a ton of time in the gym. Don't do a ton of exercises either focus on one muscle group and hammer it.

This^gets you size..
Hi food intake takes time..dont go jumping into big meals straight up..train your meals up..its all long term planning and essentially a mindset you need to click into.

5'5 140lbs. Looking to run a 3 compound cycle. You claim you are a "hardgainer" but "diet is on point".

Your diet and training is not on point elsewise you would be making gains. No such thing as a hardgainer, there IS such thing as not eating enough or training properly. Use the search function to find the "diet clinic" thread. They'll get you sqaured up with a good diet.

As for the cycle. 1 compound at a time. And if/when you run your cycle Test alone will be plenty.

Good advice.

Just read everyone else's comments. they covered the diet part but I wanted to toss in Dbol and EQ are the same basically, I wouldn't run those together. Your bp is gonna be high as hell especially if you increase the cals with fats you're gonna need to watch cholesterol carefully along with sodium. For a smaller dude you need to realize you can blow up by changing diet and using just test at a safe lower level until you get bigger. Plus don't aim for gaining 30 lbs in one cycle by taking a ton of gear. Get yourself 10 lbs of pure lean mass from food and you'll see a huge difference in physique at your size.

I love DBOL. Its an oral that delivers results. Is this your first cycle?

rich2814m's picture

NO this is my second cycle, I ran a cycle when i was 22 and had some great results but wasn't knowledgeable enough to hold on to said gains..

edit to just say dianabol or dbol. no brand names in the forums brother.

have you ever run a cycle before. bo abck to the drawing board post up stats (height, weight, bf%), previous cycles, pic would help (edit out face obviously) diet, goals for cycle ect... only way to get help

Fixed... Im 5'5 140 lbs, 11%bf.. I want to gain some serious size, I am a hard gainer but my diet is on point, been counting my calories, sticking to good proteins with oats and quinoa protein shakes for when i cant catch a meal right then. Ive been in the gym for over 6 months now and have a good base to build on, just want to make sure that I have all my info correct before i run this cycle, and no i have done a cycle before when i was 22 (30 now) and was very happy with the results... Btw my profile pic is only 2 weeks old

at 140lbs, even being 5'5" at your bf% you need food right now, not AAS. saying youre a hardgainer is a scapegoat bro, not busting your balls just telling you straight. im only an 1 1/2 taller than you... started lifting at 125lbs and i got up to 200lbs natually before ever touching AAS, then cut back down to 180lbs at a lower bf% before i ever started..

i know were all different, but it just goes to show whats possible. i would be thrown in with "hardgainers" back then too but i didnt make that excuse. drank half a gallon of whole milk daily, weight gainer shakes and 6-8 food meals a day... that WILL put on weight and size.

and 6 months lifting? lol no offense bro but you havent even gotten your feet wet in lifting... absolutely no reason for you to start using hormones with only 6 months experience in the gym. sorry bro.

and honestly man, if diet was on point youd know to to achieve the size your after without AAS and be heavier than 140lbs. id recommend hitting up the diet forums and leanring how to put real weight on with food... cus even if you dont listen to the advice other ppl will give you, the same as this, you will only put on water weight and wont put on real tissue weight because youve already shown you dont know how to eat. AAS doesnt work unless you do.. and not so sound harsh man, but you havent even begun yet..

God im Im so sick of having to explain this over and over but ill do it again... I have lifted for years ive just consistently been lifting for exactly 7 months and 3 weeks non stop this time and had a 3 month break before that and was lifting since i went to prison in 2011 got out 2013 only 125 eating all the prison food and commissary, i lifted well into 2015 and just got stronger no reqal size and took a break now im here.../

mY diet on an average day
wake up 4 eggs 3 packets of oatmeal 3 slices of cantaloupe (or various mellons)
between breakfast and lunch protein shake with BCAA's
Lunch 2 Tuna melts with whole milk (some kind of nut normally almonds)
between lunch and dinner either a well made shake (consisting of 1 banana 2 spoons of peanut butter, 1 scoop of ice cream 1 fist of raspberries and half fist of strawberries 1 scoop of mass gainer)
Dinner Either Fish, or chicken on occasion steak with sides of potatoes or rice and either green beans or broccoli)
I snack on almonds throughout the day but mostly after dinner. Before i go to sleep Ill make food for the next day snacking as i cook.

I eat well over 3000 calories, I have a staying weight of 115 if im not deliberately forcing food down.. IM sorry if i seam a little aggravated but im coming here for advice on the questions i asked about... I am not a new to people telling me to eat better and i have had to explain over and over and over again that i eat like a fucking horse... I have gained 25 - 30 pounds eating like this and have consistently raised my food intake as i went. I have done all this and still cannot break 145, now that i have explained this once again can i please, please get some advice on the topic i posted about... Not trying to get anyone upset with me and its appreciated that you care to try and help me by telling me to stay natty but im here for advice on AAS so i can do it safely and with the most amount of good knowledge...

doesnt matter how long youve "made it to the gym here and there" ...if youve only been committed for 7 months then, here in this community, youve only had 7 months experience... experience is "lifting and dieting consistently" no how many years youve had a gym membership.

at least the foods your picking are whole foods for the most part. personally, id can all "supplement" type food. i use to use them. now i dont even drink any whey of any sort. egg whites are my protein shakes. but if you need them to get more calories in then use them. as far as not being able to break the 145lb mark....

ill give you the simplest advice one can give. heres the secret: eat more... simple as that. obviously 3000kcals arent putting on weight. so up those cals. eat 3500, or 4000 or keep increasing them until you ARE gaining weight. simple as that. ill revert back to what i said before. using the hardgainer excuse is a scapegoat. theres no such thing. theres only those who have faster metabolisms thats arent willing to do what needs to be done. eat more food. heres a few tips:

add coconut oil when cooking meat. fat has 9 cals/g. easy way to get more calories in. add real, unsalted butter to steaks. add a bowl of cold cereal to breakfast. calorie dense in carbs and easy to eat and digest and very very low in fat. 200+g of carbs is easily eaten from cold cereal in under 1o minutes in the morning. add whole milk for even more calories. start eating more calorie dense food if youre looking to gain weight. cus while your diet is clean, its almost TOO clean for gaining weight. add in more fatty meats. like burgers or steak or pork chops. chicken satueed in coconut oil. or more fatty fish like salmon. cus chicken, tuna, and eggs are the first protein sources i go to for dieting and keeping calories low. i love cheese, so if i need more protein and fat i just add cheese to almost anything. drink a couple more glasses of whole milk every day. just simply get in more calories then you are, cus your current diet looks like a cutting diet for many dude here. if you want to gain weight then tune your diet with more calorie dense foods.

also, just counted, youre only eating 3 meals a day with 2 shakes everyday... how on earth do you think thatll put weight on you? eat more bro. id start off with eating every two hours. force food down, whatever it takes. if thats all you have time for then each meal should have at least 1000kcals each, and maybe 500 cal snacks/shakes. boom 4000 cals right there bro
