Favorite hot sauce!

Hey guys I'm 9weeks out and deep in prep! So I've turned into a expert of mustards, hot sauces and no sugar ketchups lol!
What's your FAVORITE hot sauce to push through these meals! For me right now it's
1. Frank's redhot Buffalo sauce!
2. chipotle Tabasco
3. Green Tabasco

A fork in my left hand; a raw jalapeno pepper in my right.
Hahaha it's been over 10 years since I first met my Mrs. father. Hispanic from wayyyy down south. Every meal he has a jalapeno in his hand and uses it like a spoon to scoop rice, beans barbacoa whatever onto a tortilla...the first time I ate dinner with him he passed the dish of peppers basically feeling me out. No choice but to take one and follow suit...haven't stopped eating them with damn near every meal since.
Oh I have a entire shelve in my fridge dedicated to hot sauce. Right now I'm grooving on the "mexi-pep". I get at my local pizza place. Only place I've ever seen it. If you can find it definitely one of the best.

I pull out the Dave's whenever someone starts bragging about how they eat hot sauce or makes fun of the milder stuff that I have on the table. The look on their face is friggin priceless. If they piss me off too bad I'll break out the Blair's 3AM!!! Just make sure they can get to the bathroom before the projectile vomiting, lol.
That and baby whipes and good supply of charmin

These two are great and I also do Frank's red hot buffalo wing sauce as well as my new favorite: sweet baby rays buffalo wing sauce, walden farms has some ok 0cal sauces but some are vile

For a tomato based hotsauce I go with taco bell fire sauce available at Walmart in bottles its great when you want spicy tomato based flavor added to eggs and rice dishes
Franks. An just when I start to get sick of it I don't use it any more , then before you know it is remember how much I appreciated it.

TryHarder007That's honorable mention lol I've used it so much it's not as special anymore. I had it on my eggwhites every day for as long as I can remember! But still have a big bottle in the fridge of course:)
I use several different sauces, depending on the food, but this is the one I use most.
