-1 Maximizing Fat Loss wile running Test/Mast/Tren

Hi all! Newbie to the forums but I've got a little experience with the sauce...judging by all the other threads I've read on this site, I will fill you on my previous cycles and stats right after I ask my main question:

How do I MAXIMIZE fat loss while running a test/mast/Tren cycle? I have worked in the fitness industry for my entire adult life (7 years) so I know this largely depends on diet. I'm currently 6 weeks on a ketogenic diet, I plan to stick with it through my cycle unless someone can offer a good reason not to.

Stats before juice
6'6" 225 lbs 17% BF

Current Stats
6'6" 238 lbs 14% BF

Previous Cylces:

1st cycle ever was 600mg Test E/Tren A/week 10 weeks

Next was 500mg Test/week + 800mg (little high I found out) Tren E/week

Next was 500mg Test E/week + 600mg EQ/week

Pretty much repeated some variant of those for another 2 cycles....and I've been off for 6 months now.

What My Training Regimen looks like:
2 workouts/ day (6 weeks of this/Just started 2/day workouts)
Compound Movements in the AM/ Isolated Movements in the PM

Sun - Chest & Tri
Mon - Back & Bi
Tues - OFF
We'd - Bouldah Shouldahz
Thurs - OFF
Fri - Core
Sat - Legs

I do 4 sets/8 reps 3122 Tempo currently (change every 6 weeks)

I see that now, I was so pissed at everyone for calling me a liar lol, but I get it now. On this post I say my first cycle ever was 600 mg Test E, but I also took Tren A 600 mg/week on my first cycle. Now...to specify since rusty says short esters don't have a weekly total, I will explain how I dosed:

200 mg EOD = 600 mg/week week 1 & 800 mg/week week 2, then back to 600 mg etc, etc.
So to avoid taking 800 mg every other week, I lowered the 4th injection on every other week to only 100 mg, I wouldn't have taken any at all on those days except (before i was a member) I was reading these forums and you all suggested that going more than EOD with tren A would produce horrible sides due to the fluctuation in blood levels. So i really hope that clarifies things guys. I'm not trying to bull shit anyone, just learn. I still don't understand why you wouldn't use weekly totals with a shorter ester. I realize they have a shorter half life, but for cycling documentation purposes, wouldn't you want to know how much you were taking/week? idk...i still don't get this one.

Now to clarify my weight gain. In this post I give my TOTAL compensation change from day 1 of juice to currently today, however, the above cycle with Tren A, I got up to 242 ish? idk it was 2014 but close to that, then on the next cycle when I introduced Tren E I got up to 275 ish, and it only took me like the first 3 weeks of that cycle...Now I completely understand that that gain was a shit ton of water weight, I don't deny that, I was just stating what the scale told me...after that cycle was over i slowly went down to 250. Ever since then, all my cycles have been to cut, and as of last Friday, my weigh in days, I am at 238 14-15% body fat..I'm sure there is a margin of error in my measurements, but I've been using the same method my entire lifting lifetime so at least it is consistent.

Anyways, again, I apologize for getting angry, but I couldn't understand why rusty was giving me so much shit, but I see now. Sorry Rusty, hope this clarifies. P.S. I will be sure to be more detailed in future post and double check for typos.

+2 for taking that the right way. Important the guys get accurate information if they're going to be able to guide you properly otherwise it will just be throwaway nonsense that doesn't really benefit you.

I have run Tren Ace 200 mg EOD never taken Mast though, and this cycle will only be 75 mg EOD. Again, the 200 mg is total of Test/Tren/Mast EOD

Trust me he understands what you are saying what he is pointing out is that your previous cycle info that you posted doesn't add up I read the same forum and it is now magically gone. Which means you are either lying or you don't know what the fuck you ran in the past.... you're not making sense

If fat loss is goal drop rest periods down to 30 secs and use 3010 tempo. That tempo will put you into the 40-70 sec TUT window. If shooting for mass I would drop reps down to 8-12 with a 4010 tempo and rest 60 sec between sets. Those 8 sets shouldn't take more than 16-17 min to get them all done. Just put the headphones on so no one tries to talk to you and get down to business. When you get down to the last set or two of one exercise you should be setting up the weights for your next one so you can jump right into it without wasting time setting up the weights.

I like this makwa both rusty and yourself have it pegged. When I first strated natty still I was doing the whole lift ad heavy as possible shit... it wasn't till a buddy of mine showed me to drop the weight slow my reps down a bit and hit between 12 15 reps that I started growing and it happened fast as fuck within 3 months I had stretch marks all over the place. It's always better to shoot for volume when trying to grow forsure.
