Well i just decided to come off after this current cycle i am on. I've been blasting and cruising for almost a year now.(too long) but realize what I'm doing isn't so bright so I'm going to fullly come off for 3 months. Andwas hoping to get some help from you exexperienced users.
Have 9 weeks left of this cycle of
750mg test c
400mg deca
30mg dbol (kickstart) -done of dbol already.
ending with 75mg Anavar.
My planned pct was 7 weeks of nolvadex 40mg/40/40/40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50/25/25/25
Hcg 500 ius 3x week for 4 weeks (after 2nd last pin)
Also running test only 2 weeks after finished cycle.
Need help with hcg dosage not experienced with it andnever used it before. Thank you in advance!

Only coming off for 3 months after running for a year straight. Doesn't sound like you are actually committed to coming off and trying to recover. Not sure if you need to go for seven weeks with the PCT. Can't help with the HCG since I have never used. Hope things work out for you.
Ok maybe I'll look into staying off longer. Personally i don't even want to come off but I'm 25 and would like a kid in the future so don't have a choice. And I'm actually thinking about 8 weeks for pct I've been on for awhile
If you are seriously thinking about recovering then you should stay off for more than 3 minths. The rule of thumb is time off = time on+pct. Many people do shorter breaks but the longer you're on, and less time you're off, the bigger chances are you will not recover. Do your pct, get bloods 6-8 weeks after oct to see where you're at and stay off for a while to give your endocrine system a break.
Too be honest i want to be off for the least amount of time. I'd say i was blasting and cruising for 10 months. Might sounds like abuse but i honestly hate being off so does everyone i guess lol. But this time i need to come off if i want a kid someday. What would recommend for the least amount of time?
After being on for a year straight, you may of already ruined your chance of kids. You won't know until you're tested. Everyone is different. The more you do and the longer you're on, the greater chance of sterility.
If you're serious about stay off until you do have them. Otherwise your seriously gambling with your future.
As a side note: proper time off is: time on cycle, plus pct= time off
Not necessarily accurate ... A good pct protocol . Time off and some drugs line clomid 50mg e3d and some fertility
Supps can get you back in the game . I've never been on as long as him, but my count and motility was very low and the above mentioned got the swimmers swimming and my wife and I are expecting a boy in the next 2 months
I said everyone is different. Some can use for years and be fine and others are done in a few cycles. Two of my close friends are sterile from aas use and have tried everything to recover, but with no luck.
All I'm saying is that you're taking a risk running gear and should be prepared for the consequences. There is just no way to know how it will turn out for you personally. If kids are your ultimate goal, then you should seriously consider your aas use.
Really glad you were able to conceive with your wife! Very best to you all.
How old are you?
