I have made serval orders from naps never have had a problem and when I did naps has reshipped with out any problem... I have been ordering from naps for the last 2 years ...

I used Naps successfully once or twice before several years back. I thought I would try them again since I lost my domestic source....
I placed an order on January 26th, had to go through some runaround as they asked me to change the recipient name 5 DAYS after I had already submitted payment. I did this within 24 hours of them notifying me...
Long story short, it has now been over 2 weeks since placing the order with no shipment sent out. Over 1 week since I submitted payment info a second time and still nothing has been shipped. I thought 4-5 weeks was more than enough time to give myself with expectations of starting this cycle on the date it's supposed to start, but at this rate, and after reading some other reviews I'm wondering if I should just try to find another domestic source that handles things in a more timely fashion. Sadly since nothing has even shipped yet, this has nothing to do with being international vs. domestic...this is just poor business operations. I hope to see the products soon, and hope that quality is better than the service thus far.

I contacted them, and they ignored the runaround and extended time/delay because of asking me to change a recipient name after so many days...then told me that the processing typically takes a week after receiving payment... it has now been well over a week and nothing shipped still.
Even their website says that ALL orders are shipped within 3-4 days of payment being received). The payment was received a week ago tomorrow now and nothing shipped still.

Made order Dec 22nd. After 5 emails I'm still no closer to getting my order. I've used this source before without issue but not this last time. I understand there are fraudulent claims but this is way to long to wait. I went to my local post office and had them print the Intranet document NAPS requested showing that order was never received. I now have 2 more orders I'd like to place but am a bit worried as to whether or not I'll get my order.

Another great order from naps. This time I tried the tren for the first time and it works exactly as described. There are always rumors online about gear not being what is on the label but I make sure to double check. I get blood work done and I also read about the exact description of effects and side effects from verified sources and the gear from naps matches.
I couldn't be happier about the results, leaner and more muscle at the same time. Incredible!

This review is for the second order I placed on naps. It was nothing but a positive experience for me. Everything came in in a timely manner, I got lots of discounts on all the products, and all the products worked as they should.

I sent my donation on the 11th Jan, it was picked up on 17th, shipped on 21st Jan and still nowhere to be found. This was a $1000 order and my s**t is sitting somewhere with no possibility of finding. I've ordered over 25 times from these dudes, but this is flat out ridiculous. Naps gotta come up with an alternate form of tracking, who the hell drops a grand on an order with no way of tracking.

Communication is cookie cutter responses. All i get is some BS "cut and paste" about the Postal Service not providing tracking info for certain countries.
Need an alternate form of tracking. For all I know ,my s**t could be sitting in somebody else's crib.
I paid for a pct order which I really need 13 days ago and still hasn't shipped,I was told it was because vega h was out of stock but I even live chatted and asked and they said it was in stock.I have sent numerous e-mails with no resolve.Ive had a lot of success with Naps as I've placed many orders just need

Placed the order directly from Napsgear website. The site is easy and simple, order process is very fast. I have contact Napsgear for some details and i have always received a reply in 24 max 48 hours. Only when they run a promotion messages and communication can be a little slower but it's not a problem, they must reply over 200 hundreds of emails daily.
I have request a support after sale for my order, received all info requested.
They use a support ticket if you need help, good choice !

I been ordering from naps for the past year, 5 orders to date. They got great prices and really like their "product of the week" sale. Their tracking system is okay the tracking number doesn't always work but after couple orders I realized its the postal service's fault why it doesn't always work. Their packaging is safe and discreet.
Love their gp gear.

I have been placing orders with Naps Gear for over 5 years now. I am always pleased with the service and the products. The prices can't be beat. It generally takes about 3 weeks to receive order in the mail to US. The packages are always sent very discreetly.
My last order was a cutting stack of GP anavar, GP clen, and pct. I love my results. I ran it for 8 weeks at 40mg/day. I dropped fat and gained muscle on this stack. I tapered at both the beginning and the end.
I also ordered some viagra and those work great. I can't believe how cheap they are. I usually split them in half as a little bit goes a long way.
I will definitely order from Naps Gear in the future as I haven't found anywhere better than them.
