I knew this one wasn't going to end well.

And before he edited his post he was talking about cutting up ffs, he'd of ended up looking like a marathon runner. At his height and weight he had nothing to work with to begin with lol. When will they ever learn. They think tren is this wonder drug and have no fear of stacking it up for their first cycle, gonna be a fucked up YouTube generation all on trt at such tender ages, their dad's will be holding more natty test lol.

Take a time out and re-read what these guys have told you several times..

Pericu's picture

Only proofs that you just came here to hear the things you wanted to hear and that you weren't looking for advice anyway.

I am sure, you'll make great gains on your cycle!
And then going to a board saying "yeah, on my cycle I gained 30lbs from which 25lbm were actual muscle gains"

Because I like it so much, I'd want to share my fav meme with you. Here it is

Dacky's picture

Right on bro. Keeping it real. At least you got a response. OP couldn't be bothered to respond to my cycle suggestion ;-)

Pericu's picture

That twigg!

IrishMack's picture

and once again, OP chose poorly. I have my review coming up at work, maybe I should adopt these kids approach and tell my boss he has no idea what he is talking about and I am going to just take my raise that I want anyways. Reality is going to hit these guys hard and its a fkn shame too.

Pericu's picture

Yeah. I always say, that if someone challenges the things I believe to be true and is able to back it with literature and proof, I am absolutely willing to accept that I probably was wrong and change my way of thinking. Only by that, we are able to improve.
There's absolutely no benefit in being stubborn, especially not when you are looking for advice. It should deal the purpose to help yourself and improve your knowledge.
This is just everything but the mentioned...

Whitetrash's picture

Yeah what's the point asking for advice and then not listening to it because it's not what you wanted to hear? Wasting everyone's time.

Whitetrash's picture

150g of carbs, you have got to be fucking kidding me? - I had more than that for breakfast. Get your diet in order before even considering using AAS. It's not a get big quick pill, it still takes hard work and food!!!

Muscle isn't made from steroids.

Here is my cycle for you:

Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, train, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, train, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, train, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, train..........for the next 2 years. No aas and then come back and let's take another look.

Pericu's picture

I think, you are no where near of being ready to hop on AAS.
Stay natural for at least a couple of years. You're still relatively new to training and with a proper diet and training regiment you can make some great and massive gains naturally.

Pericu's picture

First off, I guess everyone who's frequently on this board can say that I know at least some of the shit I am saying.
Second, I compete as a powerlifter. Just because I attended at a certain weightclass, doesn't necessarily mean that I weigh that much on a daily basis. The more lbm you have, the more severe can a watercut be.
The 2.nd point explains the third one as well. I am mostly strength oriented. Meaning I want to be as competitive in a given weightclass as possible and just mass alone won't move the weight for me.
Look at people like Josh hancott. He is 5'9 and totally out of the norm in height/weight ratio and still outperforms all of the people in his weightclass.

So, excuse me that I needed to neg you for this and say fuck off boy. If you don't want to listen to the things I have to say, than say it in a different way instead of posting stuff you have no idea about.

And additionally, why are you looking for advice if you can't handle comments which are against what you wanted to hear or believe. ..this is not how this board works. Go elsewhere if you want to look for approval for rubbish like that

IrishMack's picture

+2, they can't grasp what real competing is about, it's not about being the biggest you can be but competing in a class. I'm not sure why they don't know the difference between power-lifting and bodybuilding, maybe we should put up a post and try to explain it?

Pericu's picture

Totally. You have years of powerlifting exp. And glad that you're here to chime in.
Let's even move away from the powerlifting aspect and look at the Olympic weightlifters.
Let's take ilya ilyin, who's by far the greatest oly. weightlifter of all time who has won in different weightclasses in consecutive years!
That alone is impressive enough but he takes it even further and beats unbelievable records!
Man, this dude clean and jerks over 240kg and look at his physique. It's far from what most would call aesthetic or even big for the numbers he puts on the platform.
Aesthetics is just a totally different game compared to strength oriented goals and two different sports in general, which can't be compared with each other.

Fella - I'll be blunt, because I tire for your type of "I'm doing it anyway" approach that seems to represent most of the people that walk through the door. You're skinny, I've seen more meat on a chicken nugget. You've built no base, barely been in a gym and you've got no business touching gear. Until you work out how to eat and train properly steroids won't change a thing.

Catalyst's picture

You're lazy, plain and simple sonny. You're talking as though you know what you're going, yet you can't even spell the drugs you're intent on using, (it's letrozole FYI). I'm not repeating or being a sheep, I'm telling you what I think. If you bothered to get to know the place you'd realise people trying to help you get your game in order first. People aren't all saying the same thing as they're "sheep" as you put it, it's because running gear in your position is ridiculous.

Reality is you're yet another that thinks he can arrive here and start with an attitude, telling everybody else what's wrong because you didn't hear what you want. Run whatever you want, it'll fall off you anyway as you think you can support a muscle base on 150g of carbs. Good luck with that.

-2 to start you on your way. Should have read this first.

or even 50 when my balls have shrivelled, my face looking all wrinkly, getting no erection and needing a walking stick to stand up on my 2 feet.

Hmmm........... in your mind son, but defo not in my mine............... lmfao!

You really need to stand next to someone like me just to get an idea of how fucked up your thinking is sonny.

Pericu's picture

FYI, my age is suitable, my body is in stable condition, diet is reasonable

Boy, either it must be that all of us are living in a different world or it's you who has an absolutely screwed perspective of things

Catalyst's picture

Are you 14 years old little boy? You certainly behave like one. My input about not being ready is entirely legit, you just don't like it. Life's like that, you'll realise that when you become a grown up.

IrishMack's picture

OK I saw your pic, thanks for posting it. Here is my thoughts. Hit the gym, and hit it HARD. Hit the kitchen and hit it HARD. You are trying to rush something that is not going to happen because you will lose ALL your gains because you have very little muscle to begin with. The more muscle you have before you cycle, the better your chances of retaining a large portion. If you can have a little patience and put in the work you may find aas might not be needed. OR it can be like this...

Just ignore our help, do whatever you want, and gain nothing. Blame the aas and say it must have been bunk and increase your doses. Change nothing else. Gain nothing. Blame the dose this time and do more and add other aas to your cycle. Come back to eroids complaining your dick won't get hard or your lactating or you have massive lumps under your nips or any other serious side effect.

What do you think is the smartest solution? Ignore our help or build your base?

Pericu's picture

sums it up pretty well

Why even give him a beginner cycle?

robb's picture

I think eat more and forget about tren as a certainty. You're 70 kg and 183cm in height, it's food that you need not gear and again definitely not tren.

Makwa's picture

I have thought about starting a cycle for some time now, and it's a certainty

Just do it then and stop wasting everyone's time here. Sometimes you just have to learn the hard way.

Makwa's picture

I think you are missing the point here. No one is going to help you with a cycle because you are nowhere even close to being ready to run one. You need to build up a base first.
